Once again another fabulous job. We had them come check out A/C and heating and discovered that we really needed a new furnace asap. Miguel C and Max W did a fantastic job as well as their apprentices. They were on time, tidy, and professional and kept us well informed of every step!

Our technician Daniel M was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He was originally called to run the gas line, but he also repaired a leak he found underneath the house as well.
I will definitely be calling them for any and all of our plumbing emergencies!

Shoutout to his apprentice as well, I couldn’t remember her name, but she did a great job too!

Both times I used Express. The techs were prompt professionals. Went over all my options and did great work. The guy that did my septic service took the time to explain everything to keep my system running smoothly. I will definitely use again.

AJ was great! He was very professional, but yet personable. He let me know what he was doing every step of the way. He didn't pressure me, but yet gave good advice. I would recommend Express Plumbing Heating & Air, and especially AJ to anyone.

I scheduled for this company to come out to bid installation of water and sewer lines to my shop along with roughing in plumbing for a studio apartment kitchen, bathroom and small bathroom in the shop. They first tried to upsell me to pay $80+ for a guaranteed appointment timeslot. Then when I declined their offer for me to pay that, they gave me an open-ended time window that they'll show up sometime between 8am-5pm. Waited around all day to only receive a phone call after 4PM that day stating they won't be showing up and need to reschedule. The company is incredibly unprofessional and I highly recommend going elsewhere for your plumbing needs. Still can't believe they wanted to upsell me to pay for them to come and bid out a job.

Very kindly, right away. Used for a previous job(pluming)- did a great job. Our power bill was high, decided to get it looked at. EPS Maintenance plan- Forrest let us know what condition our system was in. Max- provided options for new system. Shane/Morgan was out installing new system, the very next day. Stayed all day, not great weather, but they stayed. Did a neat job, cleaned up, showed us how to use it. Very polite, wore shoe booties. Office staff was really good, answered the phone, get things done right away.

EPS were very courteous, professional and experienced. We made calls to other companies and were being quoted days to weeks to get our A/C unit fixed. I called EPS and in a matter of minutes they had a technician ready to come out to help fix our A/C unit. Their tech was very professional, he had our system fixed and running with in 20 minutes.
Best company hands down for speedy professional service. They really do care about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a plug in the line between the house and septic tank Gabriel located the plug in the line and cleared it A++ service was very good, more so, wonderful He was responsive, sharp young man. We have used Express Plumbing Heating & Air several times. They have always been pleasant and prompt. When scheduling, they were courteous and professional. They are a good company to work with.

My furnace would not turn on so I had no ac . So I called express at 8 am the next morning. I recieved an appointment the same day .The technician AJ called me and let me know when they would arrive. Even called me when they were at the end of the road like I asked so I could put my dogs up. AJ and his apprentice Diego were so polite had booties to enter my house with .AJ was so knowledgable of my water source heat pump .I was affraid it was the heat pump that went out but it was just the fan motor .AJ climed under my house and examined my heat pump and assure me that it looked great. THEY WERE BOTH SO NICE AND PROFESIONAL.Answered all my questions and he gave me all the information to fix my furnace .I got three option on fixing my furnace. Thank you much for your help .

Alex was not only professional and knowledgeable, he was also kind, respectful of my 97 year old mother’s health requirement, and left the site spotless! Thank you for the prompt service. We will contact this business again if we need assistance and will refer our friends and family. Job well done!
