Had new AC and furnace installed in Aug. Tried to switch to furnace this weekend but no luck. No matter how much we fiddled with thermostat or instructions on the furnace it wouldn't come on. When I called, they had Bow here within an hour. He took probably 20 minutes to figure out the manufacturer had failed to make a certain setting and fix the problem. We have heat! Glorious heat. I am so Very Very Happy I found this company. I will never use anyone else. Bow arrived and went straight to work on the furnace adjusting and cleaning and explained everything to me. Technician did a great job very knowledgeable and quick knew exactly what needed to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone, first time I use them and they will always be in my phone book for repairs and service.

Although no service was needed the technician did perform diagnostics. It turned out to be a switch turned off. The technician was very professional. Great service, would highly recommend Home Heating .

Bow has been our service tech for several checks and has been great. Last summer our HVAC fan quit on July 3rd in the midst of the Boise heat-wave. The part was proprietary and upon initial check of his inventory, it was out of stock and would be about 4-5 days to receive. Bow put in the extra effort to call additional local suppliers, found the part, and returned the same afternoon and provided us relief from the Boise heat. A+

Anthony was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain to me all the issues that were going on with our failing water heater, and the check up of our AC system. Although we live in a new home, we have had issues with this from day one. After several visits from the builder/other guys, we gave up. Turns out we needed a new water heater. They installed a new tankless water heater. I am very appreciative of Anthony's experience, and the pictures he took to show me what was needed. He took the time to do the job right, and is passionate about his work. He gave us options that we could work with, and referred us to his sales team, who also took GREAT care of us. We are club members, and highly recommend their service!
