Mike was awesome! He let me know when he would arrive and was within the window we scheduled. He wore booties to keep my floor clean and was efficient. He let me know about improvements needed with suggestions on how to protect my heat pump from grass growing inside it. So grateful for Artic!! Their technicians have always been kind and professional. They have been amazing to work with over the last 5 years!

Every tech that has been out to our place for maintenance and repairs has been respectful, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I've been able to schedule appointments over email which is really convenient. And special to thanks to AJ and Shane for going above and beyond with my most recent random AC issue. I plan to continue doing business with Arctic as long as I'm in this house.

AJ provided quick service and great repair on my a/c unit plus a needed disconnecting/reconnecting for a concrete pour last month. Their front office staff is very responsive to calls and easy to work with for scheduling and coordinating work times for all parties concerned. I high recommend them for all HVAC (they assisted me last year) and A/C needs and maintenance!

Very polite, worked fast and efficiently. Double checked everything. Cleaned up afterwards very well. Educated me on how to use my new thermostat and gave me two co detectors.

Tucker the service technician was knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything in detail, then performed maintenance thoroughly, and even gave me some options to make my system work better. Although I wasn't prepared to take up those items it gave me something to think about before our next service.

Tucker was very very thorough, personable, educated, and great communicator as to what he did. He figured out why I was getting a furnace error code quickly and then showed me why it was taking place. Tucker dealt with the air flow differences in my bed rooms. Very satisfied with the service. I do the annual service plan with Arctic Air each year.

I called and the ladies in the office where so nice and helpful! They gave me advice to see if I could get our AC working without them having to come out but told me if it didn't work they would put me on the schedule for the afternoon and to just call back. Unfortunately the fix did not work so we called them out. The tech arrived right on time and explained everything to us. We had to get a new part for our AC but to our surprise it was very reasonably priced and he also had it on the truck so we got our air up and running ASAP! Also he serviced our unit and was so professional and took his time and made sure that it was done right. AJ was amazing and this company is GREAT! I highly recommend to call them with your HVAC needs! Thanks again for the quick and wonderful experience in a time that was pretty stressful for us!

Great experience! Tucker has been our tech the past 2 visits and he really knows his stuff! He works with me on my concerns and answers questions in a way that I can understand. 10/10 would recommend

I called Arctic Air at 8:00 am on a Friday and they were out here and replaced the dead capacitor and had the air cooling the house by 10:20 am. I’m very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, and timey help!

Tucker came by our home for a warranty request. He was prompt, professional, and very respectful of our home and property. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions regarding HVAC maintenance and repairs. He even assisted us in installing our Google Nest. He went above and beyond. I would trust him to service my house and cannot recommend him enough. He represents the company well.
