Express Plumbing Heating & Air

We were having sewer problems and had to have our sewer drained and my husband asked the maintenance men at work who he should call and they said Express Plumbing. I’m so glad we did. Simon Camargo did a great job and the cost was less than what we were expecting. I will advise my friends and family to call them first.

Kyle was fabulous. He came out immediately and worked on my issues on the spot. He also helped me identify other issues in the house that needed attention (unrelated to plumbing). He called his guys and they came out within 30 minutes to help us. Amazing service!

They were able to get me on the schedule the same day I called & were able to confirm where the ceiling leak was originating. They fixed it all up & were friendly and knowledgeable. Grateful for the quick help!

We had a MAJOR accidental mishap in our ‘new’ home that we just moved into. My husband drilled through some piping in our home trying to hang a cupboard into our laundry room. Yeap...... leaking through the dry wall and everything! I had another technician/plumber come out the very next morning and wrote up a quote to fix it. Mind you, never removed any drywall or, even went under the home to check the piping. Don arrives in the afternoon and called me at work and told me that he wanted to be fair and honest and give me the beat quote possible. The only way to do that was for him to cut through the dry wall to see what EXACTLY the issue was. I told him I absolutely understood and was honest with him in telling him he was the second plumber to come out and, that the first guy didn’t even bother to remove drywall. He called again and was 100% honest with what he was finding/seeing. It ended up being that the pipe that was thrilled through, was CAST IRON! I can hear in his voice that it was almost like a worse case scenario for him, and felt horrible about it. He wanted to give me an EXACT dollar amount before proceeding and made some phone calls. I felt very confident in his findings, and even though it was hundreds of dollars later, I never felt cheated or over charged for his hard work. Mind you, I only dealt with Don through phone while my mom was the one at home helping me understand the entire situation. If my mom was able to give me updates and keep me completely informed, I knew that he was doing the exact same thing to my mom and communicating everything that was going on. I would recommend this company highly! So glad that Don came out and did some serious investigating on the pipe that had been drilled through. Thank you Don for coming to our rescue!

I was nervous about who to call when our hot water heater went out, I googled and express co pant had amazing reviews. I called and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. The people that answer the phones were amazing and the technician was perfect. The work was fast and great and I always knew what was going on. Dean was awesome! He came right out to a horseshoe bend where we live! Didn’t over charge for travel made you feel comfortable and explained everything! Highly recommend this company!!! Other companies wanted triple what this one charged!

The scheduling department that received my call was top notch. I was impressed from the getgo and was not disappointed at anytime throughout the service. Even though I unexpectedly had to cancel our first appointment they still had my info and call notes when I called a couple weeks later to reschedule. So smooth.

The professional that cam on site was Keith. He diagnosed and fixed my (minor to him) plumbing issue. He showed a sense of urgency and professionalism that I appreciated very much. He also educated me through the process and assured me he and EPS could solve any future plumbing issues efficiently.
I highly recommend and will use EPS (specifically Keith) again as needed.

These guys are amazing. Had a block in my main sewage drain. They made quick work of it, but the issue came back unexpectedly a day later. When I contacted them to let them know, Chance came back out within 2hrs of the call to address the issue.

Turns out it was some roots that had grown into the pipe and hadn't gotten totally cleared out with the first block clog. He not only cleared the roots (with before and after photos in the pipe) and provided advisement on how to address the issue in the future (since my tree is still there), he even provided a root killer treatment in the pipe... They were so committed to making sure that the initial job I hired them for stayed properly done that they went well above and beyond--and did so with no additional charge since the first job didn't stay fixed. I will definitely call these guys first for any future plumbing issues!

We were very impressed with the service and quality we received. Our technician, Anthony, was at the house within an hour of our call and did a terrific job. Everything was fixed and back to normal within 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
