Express Plumbing Heating & Air

As a property management company we use Express Plumbing quite often. They are quick to respond to our service request. The ladies in the office are awesome, friendly and efficient. The techs in the field are knowledgeable, prompt and friendly as well. We recently are getting more involvement with the managment team and find them to be responsive to any feedback that we have to offer whether it is negative or positive. We have had a few bumps in the road but that can be expected over the years, no one is perfect and Express Plumbing as been quick to resolve any issue that we may have.

The technician was on time, communicated clearly, wore mask, maintained social distancing. He did a good job of moving our gas line to hook up with our grill after we had to relocate it due to the positioning of our new patio deck. Thanks, Steven

Superb service. Cameron arrived on time and stayed until the clogged drain was resolved. Cost estimate was right on and very fair. Will certainly use Express Plumbing again if needed.

Called on a Saturday morning, needed a bathroom drain unclogged. With in an hour Toyo Vongsamth, service technician was at the front door, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Glad I made the decision to call Express Plumbing.

Tyler was so nice and went above and beyond to be sure the job was done right. It was Sunday when we got a leak and he was pleasant and did not seem upset at all that he had to come out. Thanks again fir a great job.

Tyler Burt saved the day! We had another plumber the day before tell us we were looking at a several thousand dollar job, excavating, replacing pipe etc. We called Express Plumbing for a second opinion and Tyler got things back to working order within an hour. We called Express Plumbing Heating & Air a day before and they were very promp in scheduling an appointment the following day. Delmer was on time, very helpful, and very professional he help us find the septic tank and cleaned it out the same day of the apointment! We will definetly use them again!! He taught us so much and saved us from a possible drain field replacement saving us thousands!
