My technician Todd mcadoo was helpful and knew what he was doin. Help helped me pick the right plan for me and didn't try to get me to buy the expensive one. He was really good at explaining what had to be done and why. I highly recommend for your home appliance repairs.

So glad that I had Express Plumbing Heating and Air come out to service my air conditioning system again. Levi Stead was here on time and ready to work. He was very warm, pleasant and knowledgeable. He kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. Answered all of my questions and gave me options for the future. He did excellent work and did it efficiently so that it fit into my schedule. From phone call to Simon showing up at my door took less than one hour. This was super impressive as my call wasn’t even urgent!
Simon confirmed my suspicions (a busted thermal expansion tank) and gave me a number of options to get it repaired.
Once I’d made a decision he jumped in and got the job done - having all the necessary parts in his vehicle.
From first phone call to Simon driving away was just over two hours. Brilliant!

I have used Express for a variety of needs over the last few years. They always show up on time and are very pleasant and professional! I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again! Forest was out this last time and as always, went above and beyond his responsibility to ensure a satisfied visit.

Daniel did a great job identifying the problem quickly and provided a wide range of options to solve the problem. We selected the best fit for us and Daniel made it happen. He even installed a temporary drain to prevent any further overflow from the water heater getting on to the laundry room floor. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing installation or repairs.

Had a clogged sink drain that ended up being in the line under the house. Service Tech, Carson Walker got it flowing as it should. Carson is awesome and will definitely recommend him.
