We had a scheduled septic clean out but ended up needing the service more urgently than planned due to pipes backing up into the house. I called them after hours to push the appointment sooner and they responded promptly with understanding and got us on the schedule for the next morning ASAP. Mike arrived at the expected time and was very professional and nice. He worked extra hard and was very thorough to resolve our issue. I would recommend Express Plumbing and would use them again.

Hard to get decent customer service these days, much less great customer service. I was very impressed with how good the experience was. Would definitely use this company again!

Chance did an amazing job! Went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and gave a thorough explanation on what was wrong. He even showed us where our water shut off was and examined the plumbing around where it was leaking. Very nice guy! I would recommend Chance for any plumbing problems!
