Gabriel Hernandez was professional and efficient as well as dedicated and beyond hard working! After many trials and difficulties with our system, and hours of work, he and Jayson Shuss (a man called out to assist on the job after much trying by Gabriel) got it down to one solution and figured out our wonky drain system, and G Hernandez will be out in the morning again to finish up. What an amazing company and dedicated employees! If I could give more than five stars I would!

We had Express redo all of our plumbing from the ground up at every fixture! It was so much work but they got it done quickly, efficiently, and a warranty to boot. Very grateful Daniele suggested the warranty.
Here I am 1 year later and they stood by the warranty. A faucet wasnt coming out super well and it ended up being because of sediment. Don took the time to clean out each faucet and get them running well again.
They mean it when they say two year "can't write a check warranty".

Ryan was super helpful in giving us various options and took the time to explain the process along with the pros and cons. He was so nice, and even interacted with our son! I honestly haven’t had a better client experience in who knows how long.

Steve Vantrease came out the morning after I called because our AC had quit working. He took his time, looked at everything and fixed up what he could to get the cool back for us 4 and our fur kids. He was so polite and positive, came back to talk to us and go over options based on what he found. He understood our situation, didn't pressure us but promised to call and check in again as we asked. I will never use another company!

Alex Puzas came out to our house today he was on time, very courteous and answered all her questions. I would definitely recommend this and to the higher ups at the company Alex is a gem 💎 do you guys have a great.

Todd went way above and beyond working on our septic pump replacement. The original installation was incorrect, he stuck with it until a solution was found.
It was over 100 degrees out there, no shade, he stuck it out.

Me and my husband had gone through express plumbing heating to have our furnace and AC looked at. Live on 16482 N Red Oak Dr, Nampa ID and had the work done on 7/28. Little did we know it was out of code for updates on our furnace and AC. Miguel and his crew went above and beyond to put in a new furnace and AC unit. Making sure every thing was safe and up to code! They made sure every thing was done patiently and efficiently to maximize the cooling and heating within our home.Very professional and very friendly service! Would strongly recommend if your having issues with your furnace and/or AC unit to give these guys a call! Super helpful when needing to ask any questions I may of had as well!😊🛠🥳
