Me again! Since my last review, I'd had the team in for more involved services due to my positive experience with Gabriel. This included some new toilets, sink, and water heater. I just wanted to update my shout-out to include Don and Isaiah as well, all three were not only efficient but fun to chat with and went above and beyond when a location did not have the sink I had wanted. It's been a good few days and everything is working wonderfully.

Tyler was a great technician. New exactly what to do got it done quickly and efficiently.

Had 2 express techs out today. AJ did maintenance on our HVAC system. He was awesome. Did a great job. Very friendly and punctual and was in and out quickly. He was good at explaning the systems and what he was doing. Simon came by later to work on a clogged mainline pipe that had tree roots growing threw it. Again very friendly and explained everything well and did an excellent job. Im very happy with the service today.

1/23/23 Had Forest come out today and do just a check up maintenance on our HVAC systems. As always Express is professional and friendly. Been using express for a few years now I'm always satisfied with the work they do. Will definitely call on them for anything I need.

Our Technician, Trevor, was fantastic! He was kind, professional, and highly trained! He got it done quickly and came out as soon as he could. We had hired a different company 8 weeks ago and we definitely learned our lesson! Call Express the first time!! Thanks for being great!

Express has three different types of scheduling and I chose the on-call option (which includes a free service call!). For this option, you must be available within 30 minutes any time between 8-5. My technician (Todd M.) showed up within 2 hours of the scheduling and the 30 minute notification text had his picture and credentials and he also called. Very professional. My technician found no leaks and wrote a detailed notation on the invoice which I was able to relay to the home inspector expediently. I received A+++ service from Todd and Express Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
