Your customer service is fabulous! Your office staff got me a technician appointment within half an hour of me calling for service. Brandon arrived on time and gave me several options to choose from for my toilet repair. He was very thorough, polite and efficient.

I thought the line from the main bathroom toilet was clogged. Gabriel arrived in time for his appointment and was as very polite sad professional. He asked a lot of questions and started checking things. He was very thorough in checking the bathroom drains, kitchen and took the top off the septic tank.
To make a long story short he determined the clog wasn’t near the toilet. It was actually in the main pipe between the house outer wall and the septic tank. Water was backing up thru the pipes and causing the toilet to over flow.
I have a clean out valve just outside of the house wall, he was able to access from there and clear the clog. The water now runs into the septic instead of backing up into the toilet.
For someone so young I was very impressed with his knowledge, his problem solving skills and how he ran water thru different sinks, tub toilet and looked to see if water was actually draining into the septic instead of just taking me at my word that he needed to clear the toilet line. It never occurred to me the clog was in the main line between the septic tank and the house.
Before beginning to clear the line he clearly explained what he would do and what the costs would be. We also discussed my very old drain field and he explained some options that you offer that might help instead of replacing the drain field. I was impressed with how thoroughly he has been trained and his knowledge.

Alex was amazing. Super nice guy. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Fixed our outdoor sewer clog and showed us with a camera in line as to any issues. I've used Express many times...gas line for a gas stove and new water heater. Always a pleasure to work with this company. All the employees in office and out in the field are really great. Alex was exceptional.

Aidan came out and limped my ac unit until we could get a new one wasn't what I wanted to hear but 20 year old stuff breaks and we get a new one on Wednesday so iam happy with his service he was professional and checked everything and let us know asap more then expected

Alex was professional, efficient, and unplugged the drains in our Master Bath. Should we ever have to turn off the water to the house, he told us where that could be done in the crawl space. We would definitely ask him back for any future problems.
