The whole process of installing our pellet stove was so easy. They were very patient and answered all of our questions. The install was great. We will be using them again for all of our HVAC needs.

Our stove was too old for them install, but Josh was really nice & gave us a parts list to get our stove pipe. He recommended us to go to D& B to get our parts. I highly recommend using McFates you will be happy with their service.

I was very impressed with honesty and professionalism. A previous fix had not worked very long. The problem was fixed at no charge. I would not have known there was any problem previously. However, the honesty of Luis and Juan was admirable.
