Scott came out on time and assessed the situation thoroughly. He thought through a plan and found the problem by working through his plan. He corrected the wiring and reprogrammed the equipment. He double-checked everything before finishing the job. Scott is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He gave us guidance and explained everything patiently. A real professional and trustworthy. I strongly recommend Scott.

Elijah was very helpful.. appreciated that he helped me with setting up my Nest AP and explained everything in detail about my heating unit. This was just maintenance but if I have future issues will not hesitate to call them for repairs. Great experience. Great technician.

Very kind and good at explaining what the causes for issues were, and fixed it within a single visit. However, the company was only given permission to do an initial consultation/diagnosis per the landlord’s request (I’m the tenant), and a communication error occurred somewhere along the line because much more occurred than a consultation without proper communication to the person who would be paying for it. It would normally not be a big deal, but it was a $700+ visit, and that’s a lot to charge someone without quoting them first or calling to tell them what is wrong and asking if they could afford a part, etc. It was originally quoted at $90 for a visit, so I think it should have warranted further direct communication to go from a $90 visit to a $700+ visit.

My ac went out over the weekend of the 4th of July and they were quick to have an appointment for Wednesday morning. They showed up right when they said they were going to were polite and didn't try and sell me anything extra and just fixed what the problem was. I have an older system so I was expecting the worst and they made it a wonderful experience.

That the technician Scott was very courteous as he approached the house he had his booties in his hand in prior to coming in the house answered all our questions and a professional manner and he was very meticulous at how he looked at our air conditioner and heater he observed that our air filter was just a little bit overdue and he told us about it we we changed it immediately we have dogs in the home and they liked him very much and they are very friendly to him he was very thoughtful he said in closing all the gates I wood recommend him and what he does he takes a very professional care in what he does taking care of furnaces and air conditioners like it was his own thank you for keeping him on the job he's very incredible and he's a credit to the company. This statement is on my own volition that is Michael Tucker owner of the house thank you for your service for our community as well.

Fixed my water heater. Elijah was great. Really nice kid. Professional, personal, and intelligent. I've worked with him a few times and he always was polite and professional. Would certainly recommend him.

Scott was on time and professional. Conducted the AC tune up and checked on the water softener system as well. He did a great job. I have also had Elijah do a furnace tune up and he did a great job as well.

However, the comfort care guy who was supposed to walk us through the options for a new AC/furnace showed up over an hour late only after I called to see where he was. He was unprepared and did not even go over the options for a new AC with me, only let me look at a pamphlet - but not keep it. I told him we would like to keep the pamphlet to review our options and look into it ourselves since he wasn’t able to go though them with us, and apparently that was not allowed. It very much felt like he was in a hurry to go to his next house. Did not do a great job of trying to sell a system.

I found this outfit about 6 weeks ago to schedule a really good special. The day before they were supposed to come out they called me and said that they didn't have the capacity would I mind waiting two weeks. I thought that was kind of odd but since I own a service business myself I was tolerant. The day before 2 weeks arrive I get another call saying that they can't make it can I go another 2 weeks. I wanted to see where this was going so I said sure and I wasn't in a rush. The day before they we're supposed to come I called to confirm that they would be there at 9:00 a.m. . Sarah the nice lady on the phone confirmed yes they will be there tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. . Here I am sitting at 10:39 and they have not shown up. If anything, they should be calling me and saying we're going to do a free service for you so they don't get this bad review. But they're not smart enough or professional enough to do that. Owning my own service business, I would definitely do that or at least offer an additional discount to get back in their good graces. Very poor business practices. I would not recommend these guys unreliable.

Scott was a great help. He took plenty of time to explain my options given what he saw. My system has been working fine, and instead of trying to find things he wrong, he advised me on how to maintain my existing system. Would recommend them to anyone.
