Our service technician was top notch. He cleaned our system and checked everything to diagnose the problem. Found out that the condenser unit was extremely dirty, and he cleaned it. Then he showed me how to clean it.

We had Owyhee come out to give us a quote on a complete new HVAC system. Not only did they beat the price of another local company, but did a much better job explaining our options as well. When the install crew arrived (less than a week later - yay!), the two gentlemen, Nikk and Ben, were very respectful, courteous, and explanatory. We also were able to get 0% financing! I highly recommend Owyhee and will be using them for any HVAC needs in the future.
