The service man was very respectful and very naggable of what the need were with my service call. He was very surprised on how well my furnace was being it was installed back in 1991. He had to double check the date as he could not believe it. I hope that all the service people with your company is as nice as he was. He is welcome to come back to do service any time it is needed. I am disabled and 78 also and he explained everything as he went along. Good luck with this company. He also flushed my water heater.
