Aaron B came out today for my furnace winter wellness check. Went above and beyond, looking under the house to see if other issues contributing to our cold rooms. Respectful to our home and kids/pets. Great pics of what he found. Highly recommend him as a technician. Earned my respect for this company.

The technician, Scott Griffith, showed up on time. He checked my Heat Pump unit. The unit had stopped running. Scott was nice and very honest. He explained the unit I have is over 20 years old. It was wearing out. He went up on my roof. Checked the unit out and then he gave me options to repair for either repairing or replacing a unit that is older, with parts that are now hard to find parts for. He left me an estimate so I can make a decision based on the information he had given to me. I am very happy with the service I received from Scott. I have been a satisfied customer of Owyhee Heating and Air Conditioning for way over 20 years. I will recommend the company and Scott to anyone.

We are so impressed with Owyhee Heating and Air. When our system's furnace blower went out, Scott was very efficient with temporary repair and then Jacob sold us an Amana HVAC (heat & AC) new system. We were pleased the top notch, friendly installers could come and install pronto the following day. All our questions were answered. When we first called on Saturday the telephone dispatch staff was immediate (yeh!) and understood what it's like in cold weather without heat.
