Owyhee Heating and Air Conditioning

Called Owyhee Heating and Air and was given a time slot from 3-6. I described that I have a newborn child that requires a cool home and they seemed understanding of that. Fast forward to 5:30 pm and they call me to let me know that they have a staffing shortage and will need to reschedule me to 3-6 the next day. Rather than tell me 30 minutes before my window that they can’t accommodate. They hung me and my child out to dry. Not acceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I would advise anyone to not use this company. As they’re not empathetic to an emergency situation.

Owyhee Heating and Air Conditioning technician Elijah came to our home and performed all the checks on our AC unit and cleaned the unit. He explained his findings to us in concise and clear terms. Outstanding experience, Elijah is an asset to the Owyhee business team.

The gentleman who came was very professional. He had a great sense of humor and worked fast and got the job repaired in no time at all. They were the ones that put in our furnace also and we would highly recommend them.

I called to set up the $58 special for furnace/AC Unit/water heater flush. I asked if these were Owyhee technicians and the lady on the phone said yes, they will call before they head over, so I agreed. Monday morning a Right Now Heating and Air truck shows up without calling, so I thought it may be a mistake, it wasn’t. The gentleman from Right Now said they are the same company so we allowed him to perform the service. I called later that day and asked if someone could tell me why we did not get a call ahead or an Owyhee technician and they said they would look into it and call us back. I called one week later and was told that they were busy and someone would be calling me back. I called one week later and asked about why no one had called back, and to also see where our $20 gift card to Applebees was, I was told someone would call us back the same day. I have never received a call, email, letter from anyone and they won’t return my call. Will not use again.
