The office staff does not respond to customer needs. One of the them just talks without taking a breath and refuses to hear or listen and another doesn't follow through on anything and won't try to get assistance. My repair was scheduled, cancelled and then rescheduled. I paid over the phone and am still waiting for a receipt. I have called twice and even called the service technician who is trying to help me get a copy of my receipt. This company recently changed hands and it is not the same service......

4th time now. Elijah did a great job on performing the requested service as well as gave me a comprehensive breakdown on the overall status of the machine. Will continue to work with them

This is my third time working with Owyhee heating and air (over 10yr span) and every time, their knowledge and experience blows me away. Came out, diagnosed the issue, educated me on ways to prevent issue, and fixed it. All for reasonable prices.
If a 4th time comes around, I'll be calling them again

Absolutely awful, arrived 2 hours late - at 7pm - after I'd taken the afternoon off work to be here for the service. They charged me $600 for MAYBE $60 in parts (plus the $89 service call) for two capacitors. Google the price on condenser capacitors if you don't believe me. I was told repeatedly I'd receive an estimate before any work was performed. That was a lie; the dude walked in after everything was done and handed me a bill, then tried a high pressure upsell on a new condenser (indicated that maybe they would write this off as a part of a new condenser install if i had them do the new condenser). There is zero chance i would approve that ridiculous, inflated price for capacitors and zero chance I would let them work on anything of mine again. Please do not use them for service.
