Greens Heating & Air Conditioning

I had some issues with my furnace and Green's was quick to respond. Kyle was the first to come out and he was awesome and got the part that was needed on order. He also helped me with setting up my thermostat since it was high tech and new to me. Every time I called the office, I received professional, kind people answering the phone. There were a couple of glitches getting the part in and someone to come out to replace it but Justin came out and he was amazing to deal with. He was super professional and also help with a different issue I saw come up and he installed a couple sensors too. With the interaction that I have received with everyone in the office and in the field, I would highly recommend Green's Heating.

Nick was great. He communicated when he was coming, arrived on time, and did a wonderful job. He explained everything he needed to look at and everything he was going to do. I have a broken ankle so he said it was no problem moving stuff around in the garage in order to get to my unit. He chatted with me about my injury for a while and was really friendly and kind while also being professional. He seemed to take pride in a job well done, and I appreciated that.

Justin was simply amazing when he came to fix our AC unit, that a previous company had installed. He gave me a courtesy call in the morning letting me know a time in which he would be there, and he was right on time. He was extremely professional and helpful. We will definitely be using Greens if we ever have HVAC issues again.

Greens went out of their way to accommodate our need to have our heating and a/c system maintenance done after a home inspection requested it. The technician (Greg) was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He spend extra time to write answers to the home inspectors concerns. This was late in the day, yet Greg went above and beyond. This was the third time we have used Greens Heating and Air Conditioning and each time was great.

Very responsive technicians consistently give good service on site (I removed a star for company's obliqueness about charges for parts). I do recommend Green's, however, far above nationwide franchise people---you know, the pink truck folks.

Always a great service. The techs are all very educated and don't mind dummy it down for people that might not understand how each component works. Had awesome interactions with the techs that have come out and serviced my HVAC. Would recommend to anyone needing a quality maintenance program to look at this company.

Nolan was great and was so kind/professional. They took care of our warranty headache on the AC unit with our builder so we didn’t have to. We were without AC and they fixed it over the weekend quickly for us. Highly recommend!

Had a whole heating system with a heat pump put in. Everyone was very kind and knew their job. The SME’s (subject matter experts) of their profession. I am very pleased with the service and the instillation was seem less. They covered all the wires and blended it with our home. Very professional company.. thank you all for your time and diligence.
