Our furnace went off-line this past weekend. We contacted Greens in order to have a technician respond for repairs. We were contacted 24 hours later. Luckily, we were able to find another company to respond in a timely manner for the repair. Although we were disappointed in Greens initial unresponsiveness to our repair call, their Service Manager, James, contacted me and advised he would follow-up with their answering service customer notification gap to ensure these incidences do not happen again.

Awesome customer service. I’ve been with Greens for 23 years. Their customer service is amazing. Example: Greg came out to do a service on my furnace and it had been snowing all night and into the morning. Before he even started he shoveled my driveway and sidewalks. I’m home bound so this meant the world to me that he took the time to make sure I would be safe. You can always trust these people with your heating and cooling. Thank you Greens!

I am truly impressed with Greens Heating and Air. Their technicians were able to fix a problem with my heat pump that two other companies couldn’t figure out. They were on time, and spent ample time throughly inspecting and diagnosing my system and then following up to explain what is wrong and how to repair it.

Kyle was great, he diagnosed the problem to an intermittent bladder valve and when the new valve came in he installed it and showed me how it would make a single clicking noise where as the old one would click once then make a different noise. Very satisfied with Kyle professional manner.

We have used Green's several times in the past for service of our heater and A/C and were happy with their service. So when we our 15 year old A/C died a few weeks ago, we called Green's and they were awesome. They came out the day after I called and that morning called to say they'd had a cancellation and could come earlier to check it. This was a Friday, so I was incredibly grateful. When we realized the unit needed to be replaced instead of just repaired, they were able to install our new system the following Monday. Everyone was professional, efficient and friendly. We are so grateful.

Greens is still the best. Our A/C needed service and Nolen came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue for us. I appreciate his efficiency and kindness. And I appreciate having an A/C that is now running at peak.

I so appreciate Greens technicians. Ken came out to service our system and fixed what turned out to be a minor issue. I appreciate his kindness and ability to explain things so clearly. And our dog loved the treats!
