Green's did a great job communicating about my appointment. Nolen our tech was friendly and informative the whole time. Great experience and we will call them again.

The tech was awesome! He saved me 3000 bucks! I had a small leak in the coil and it turned out to be just a valve stem. Western heating wanted to replace the coil. He replaced the valve stem and charged the system with refrigerant and I. Finally have cool air. He didn’t want to leave until he was confident that there was nothing else wrong and the problem was fixed. I would highly recommend greens heating and air!!

I had a situation with my air conditioner, and made the call to Greens for a service call after hours. A gentleman named Nolen came out about 10pm and managed to quickly diagnose the issue and quickly resolve the matter. The entire time Nolen was extremely informative and educated me thoroughly about the system and things to keep an eye on as far as maintenance. Extremely professional and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with everything and a little more educated. I couldn’t be more grateful for the awesome experience.

The whole process is done step-by-step. He answered all the questions that I had.

Very thorough and polite. He did everything I asked him to do, very pleasant. He did maintenance work in my attic and fixed the chimney pipe that needed resealing. He inspected my crawling space for any damage and fixed what needed to be done. I'm very pleased with this company.

Service was efficient and all steps were explained by our service tech. We appreciate their professionalism and honesty. Both are somewhat lacking sometimes in some industries but Gree'ns always is the best to work with!
