06/29/2023 Maintenance Contract Service:
Google will only let me edit my original review, not add a new one for this service... so here it is. This was our Spring/Summer maintenance on our annual plan with Green's. Kyle came by and, as always, fantastic service. He checked everything thoroughly and clearly pointed out potential issues & concerns with our 23 year old system. Most importantly, his focus is on making sure things are working well and not on sales pressure to install a new system when our old system is still doing just fine for the moment. Green's is one of the few businesses around today that are like working with the honest, local, trustworthy, personal services of the past. Signed up again for the next year on their maintenance plan which I recommend everyone do.

I have used the same local, independent A/C service person that I knew personally until he recently passed away. When our A/C went out last night I was dreading finding another reliable, trustworthy company. After reading hundreds of reviews, I selected Greens Heating & Air and couldn't be more happy. First, Nolan was absolutely exceptional. He returned my call promptly and let me know when he would be here (within an hour). He is personable and clearly knowledgeable, but the care and quality of his work was obvious. My system is 23 years old. He diagnosed and fixed the issue right away. He then made recommendations to help it last a bit longer as we budget for a replacement in the future, but there was no high-pressure, must-replace now push. He also went above and beyond to address some simple, small items he noticed and couldn't leave without addressing (such as UV tape over the insulation & our drain vent). Nolan's service, and by default Green's service, has convinced me I have found a company I can trust going forward. So much so that I even signed up for the annual maintenance contract today. Thank you Nolan & Greens for being a great, honest business in an industry that can easily take advantage of people's lack of knowledge. We will definitely see you again in the future!

Kyle was great. He showed up right at 8am and was professional and courteous. He did the seasonal service on my AC, but I happened to have a water leak that started a few days before, and he isolated the issue right away. Best part, he didn’t charge me anything extra, and he fixed the problem and cleaned up the water for us too.

When he was leaving, Kyle also noticed I have an air purifier in my home, and he educated me a bit about about one of the air purifying systems that Green’s offers, but didn’t push or try to hard sell me.

I also had Nick come out and he was the same in that he was timely, and professional, and also answered questions I had clearly and in way I could understand.

I highly recommend Green’s!

Service Tech, Greg Guzman, is great! He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, explained everything, and answered all my questions. I feel like he did a thorough inspection of my equipment and gave me multiple options for repair. Greg is who I’ll request for future service calls.

We woke this morning to 60’ and our temp was dropping, outside it was 10’. Our system was not warming up the house. We called and explained our concerns to the representative on the phone. She understood the urgency to resolve the issue. A technician was scheduled and out in less than 1.5 hours. The technician was thorough and efficient quickly diagnosing and correcting the problem for a reasonable price. Our temp has risen to a cozy 71’. We are very satisfied with Greens Heating and Air Conditioning. We recommend them to friends and family and anyone else that lives in the valley.

I could build a house and build just about anything with what I have but when it comes to HVAC problems I'm no pro, thanks to Nolen Peterson he came out and worked his magic with all his powers and wisdom to locate the simple problems I over looked and so would many other. When you got the knowledge and experience you know where to look and what to fix. He was super helpful and got the job done with a breeze. Thank you Nolen Peterson for working the later hours to help my family stay cool this summer! 😎

Our technician, Kyle Coonts, was thorough, professional, and kind. Kyle explained what task he intended to do and why it needed to be done as described. He took time to do the job correctly. He then offered to show me the finished product rather than just telling me the job was completed. All of this was appreciated. Thank you, Kyle.

Awesome tech professional personable, office staff attentive and caring. Will use again. The biggest plus is the sent over a picture of the technician and his name.

I have been a customer since ~2015, when our A/C needed replacing. Good products, conscientious professionals then and on every maintenance visit since. I only wish we (retirees) could afford to continue with them. Case in point, today one of their people came out to replace a part that had broken. While the little plastic thing itself was still inder warranty (no charge to us), the labor to install came to $349. For about 90 minutes' time.

Oh.

As I say they do quality work, but also at a very healthy rate.

We have been using Greens for about a year for our restaurant. With that, we can't say enough great things about our tech Kyle. He is very professional, on time, and makes sure things are explained in a way that you know the issue is fixed yet you're not being taken advantage of. Their pricing is very fair and they are the only company we will use from now on for both our commercial and residential properties.
