We are at a week with the new system and everything seems fine. Salesman was courteous and honest and installers were excellent!

Shanco was absolutely amazing. With the initial quote they came out had a list of questions for me about what I was looking for. They listened to my concerns. They were not pushy or rude. They were much more detailed and prepared than many other big names you see in the valley (one company showed up and didn’t have a tape measure!) To top it off Shanco came in $$$$ less than any other company we talked to. They were able to get us booked quickly. Installation day went well and the techs didn’t cut corners in trying to reuse pieces and make them work. They called and had new items delivered without additional cost to me. In one day our house had ac and a new furnace. To top it off they sent a thank you card and touched base after installation. Absolutely recommend this company. I’ve used several other big name companies and will never go back.

Brett and his team (formerly Shanco) do an amazing job! They installed our new HVAC system back in 2020, and it has worked perfect! Extremely professional, on time, super quick, and the price was just right. If you're looking, stop now, you've found the right team for the job.

He is someone I requested as we had worked together years ago at another company. When I found out he worked at Peppys, I called and requested him. Juan was always so knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He would take the time to explain any repairs needed! He build a great reputation and so when he went to this call for our clients, I knew I could trust they would get exceptional service and they sure did! Peppys will now be my first call for any future HVAC inspections for our Buyers and Sellers!

Peppy did a great job from the first call to troubleshoot my HVAC system. They showed up when they said they would. The service tech diagnosed my system and gave me options on how to correct the issue. We decided to replace our 24 year old system and they had us back online within a week. Great experience! Gave me a 30 minute notice of arrival, was well within the time range quoted, and wore booties which goes a long way with my light colored flooring! This was just a service check and everything was fine but will use again in the future!

Everyone I worked with, from reception to install was friendly and professional. Alec and Rob did the quote for our furnace/AC replacement. They called the day of to confirm they were on their way. Alex and Daniel were able to do the install the day after the estimate, which took about 6 hours, which per my research, is expected. They were both polite and things actually stayed pretty quiet given the circumstances (I was working from home that day). They were responsive and not dismissive about my questions. Would recommend!

Wonderful experience, very courteous and knowledgeable. Found debris in the exhaust removal system which meant a port was clogged up, thus making one of the pressure switches to close all the way and trip the system. The technician explained in clear detail. Very pleased and will use this company again. Thank you.
