Shanco installed a ductless system in our 100+year old farm house. Our entire home is warm and comfortable!!! I highly recommend SHANCO for your heating a cooling needs. Robert was especially helpful explaining our options and making sure our heating and cooling needs were met.

My old furnace did not fire up this year so I called Shanco and they fit me in their schedule the next day. The repair crew were considerate, professional and truly disappointed that they could not get the furnace up and running for me. They left and brought back space heaters to help me get through the days before the new furnace could be installed. The installation was not easy... the furnace in the crawlspace with only a 28x18 access but they did it! I'm grateful for the care and service.

Our furnace wasn't working property with hardly any warm air coming through the vents. Shanco investigated and diagnosed that the heat exchanger was cracked and recommended a replacement of the furnace. Since the A/C was very old, we decided to replace both. They had the parts in stock and came in early on the day of appointment. The installation was completed for both furnace and A/C the same day and the technicians did a great job on the installation including cleaning up everything after. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

My wife and I had been getting bids and researching ductless systems for about a month when we decided to reach out to Mitsubishi/Trane (Manufacturer) directly. Shanco Heating and Air was the first to respond to the Diamond Contractor request for consultation we placed. All told we accepted 6 bids, and while Shanco was not (quite) the cheapest, they were hands down the best. Out of all the installers, Shanco was the only, and I mean ONLY ones who actually knew the restrictions and limitations based on size and structural needs for a retrofit job (that means replacing an existing system in an older house with an entirely new and different system) - they were the only ones who could tell me what was, and wasn't possible or feasible, instead of just telling us what we wanted to hear to make the sale. They saved us time, and money especially in the long run, and to top it all off they did the install in the middle of a heat wave, as our AC unit died mid bid assessment. They even hooked us up with a temp cooler to get us through the install. Their installer crew is amazing. All of their subcontractors were also fantastic, the electrician, drywaller - all of them. It made the entire experience manageable and enjoyable. I'll be working with Shanco exclusively for the rest of my life because of this. Brett and his crew know their stuff. You won't regret choosing Shanco.

I LOVE Shanco Heating and Air. I purchased two systems from them last year after collecting bids from three other companies. They sell American Standard equipment which is rated as some of the best you can buy by CR and I save thousands compared to the other guys! Their team is always on time and very professional. I will always recommend them if and when anyone asks my opinion.

Our AC crashed over the weekend so we called in early Monday morning looking for someone to help us get it fixed. Not only did Shanco have the best price but also the quickest response. We had called and left a message we received a call back within 5 minutes. Brett (owner) was kind and wonderful to work with and he personally came right over to check out the system. Upon inspection he determined that a fuse had gone out. Instead of simply replacing the fuse, he did a thorough check to make sure there were no other problems. He found a couple and fixed them all. Throughout the entire experience he was courteous and informative. We won't be taking our business anywhere else in the future.

They were able to find a replacement wall unit for my rental. Installation was quick and very professional. I would highly recommend them.
