My daughters home has two issues - it has an older hvac system in the original home with an addition heated by electric baseboard without cooling. We had several companies come out for ideas and quotes. Brett from Peppys gave the house the most thorough evaluation and we think the best solution at a reasonable price.

Rob was very professional when he came out to give an estimate. He took the time to go into the attic to make sure that he got the right measurements and what wall was best for my ductless AC split. I like that he brought with him brochures of Mitsubishi with him to show options in which I didn't know I had. Great service from getting me financed to the service technician installation I highly recommend this product and shanco company for their great service and experience.

We went with SHANCO for our new AC unit installation after receiving several estimates in the area. It was a slightly tricky project in an older house. SHANCO came out for an estimate within two days of our call and then, once we made our decision, scheduled the install within a week. However, a time slot opened up and we were available, so our new unit was installed within two days! Everyone, especially Brett, was very responsive and courteous. SHANCO was upfront about the pricing and there were no surprises. It was all finished within a day. We were impressed with all the companies we spoke with in the area, but we are so happy we went with SHANCO. It was a very pleasant experience and we felt like we got the best value and the greatest amount of services for the amount we paid.

Starting from a place of being frustrated with no-shows by most contractors in Boise I was thrilled with the communication from the office, from Brett, the auto text reminders, and the “we’re on our way” call from Alex and Cody, the technicians, on the day of service.

The Shanco crew did an amazing job. To installing a new efficient furnace and adding air conditioning to the home. Their work was amazing they took a day and a half to make sure everything was right, cleaned up after themselves and went out of their way to make sure everything was great. The value for the money is terrific I would definitely recommend Shanco to anyone needing a new furnace or air conditioner they are fantastic!

A few months back, we had an entire new heat/air system installed by a different company. Over the course of two months and many calls/visits, we still didn't have all the issues resolved. Frustrated and exhausted by our experience, we decided not to work with that company anymore.

After doing a lot of searching and research, I found SHANCO with a lot of great reviews. Their techs came out and sincerely listened to the problems we have been continuously experiencing and offered a solution that was very sensible. To my surprise, they were able to make the modifications that same day. Even better, as far as I can tell (because weather is mild right now) the ongoing problem that we've experienced seems to be resolved.
