This company is simply put amazing! Our AC went out around 8pm and within an hour they set us up with a temporary unit for the night, the next day we met with an amazing sales rep who didn’t pressure us to even buy. We pulled the trigger and today (July 4th) we have installers at house!

Jim’s installed our new ductless heating and AC unit in my sewing room. And a new condenser for our home air. The install looks wonderful and both units work so well. My favorite part of this process was the installers. They were professional and happy people. Always smiling and always had a great attitude. Even when they came out to install a new condenser in 100 degree weather. I felt sorry for them but they didn’t mind the heat or the work. That means so much to me. I will always recommend Jim’s to anyone.

Came out on incredibly short notice to do an odd job repairing our fireplace! Awesome technician who went above and beyond to get our heat back on same night we found the leak. Very highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company for all things AC! Our AC unit has been slowly leaking and I called on a Monday on a very hot day and they came within an hour! We had to get an all new condenser and coil and they found our warranty without any hassle. Amazing customer service! Heather helped me the entire process, Jake and Sam came and fixed it and were so kind! Love this company.

We had Jake out to take a look at our old ailing AC unit, he confirmed it's on it's last legs and spent plenty of time giving us options and pricing.

Just had our routine HVAC maintenance done by technician Cheyenne on our previously installed ducted heat pump and air handler (installed by this company six months ago). Cheyenne was delayed by fog on her commute this morning but the company called to let us know she was going to be arriving a bit later than expected - much appreciated! Once she arrived it was clear she not only knew her trade but she was also personable and an excellent communicator. She serviced our system and also provided some tips on our “new to us” HVAC system. Thanks to all at Quality Heating!

Jake was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he did in detail and answered all of my questions.

My AC went out of course on a 106º Sunday, and when I called Monday to schedule with Quality Heating & Cooling, they were able to promptly get me in that morning. Aaron came right away, and fixed my condenser quickly and gave my AC unit a good wash and guided me how to keep it in shape for the future. I am sooooo blessed Aaron made it out so fast! Our house was over 90º Sunday, and my son got sick. Highly suggest contacting them for any repairs! Thanks again Aaron!!! YOU ROCK!!!
