I had wonderful experience as a member of their hvac maintenance program. The technician Jacob Booker did a fabulous job explaining how the furnace works and gave some excellent recommendations to keep it in good working order. It's such a relief off my mind to know I'm all set for a cozy warm winter, at least in the inside of the house! Thanks Jacob and see you in the spring for the a/c health check!

Nowel Vincent was the tech that arrived. On a scale of 1 to 10 he was an 11. Polite, courteous and even helped me get a ceiling fan working. He also gave exceptional details about what he was doing.

Access heating and Air Conditioning was awesome! Tyler was so informative and helpful and was just great to talk to. He worked quickly and efficiently to fix our system and get it working, especially with temperatures nearing 100 degrees. We will be doing service with them again and will refer others there as well. I was also VERY impressed with how quickly they were able to get it serviced from the time that I called.

Noel was a great guy a very knowledgeable. He made you feel very comfortable. Very thorough when it came to the heating system worked And the importance of taking care of it.

They were very friendly and professional from the time I contacted them to get an estimate until the completion of the installation. I thought everyone did their part to keep me informed as to the process and when they were going to arrive and completion of the work. I would highly recommend them to anybody that I know that needs a furnace or AC repair or new installation.

I had a failed pressure relief tank and leaking stop valve. They quoted over $1900 for the repair When i mentioned I was going to get another quote they became aggressive in asking for a commitment. They never sent me a quote via email they promised. I had another company complete this repair for less than $350. I felt I avoided a major scam in not using this company. Overcharged on every repair and tried to sell other unnecessary services Avoid this company at all costs.
Update on sept 14. After reading this review the service manager contacted me several times to get a better understanding of the situation. He acknowledged they did not provide adequate fair service and reimbursed me for the cost of the service call. They also offered to reimburse me for the total repair cost performed by another company The following thru and professionalism of the service manager was impressive but the initial problem of overcharging is not yet determined to be resolved. I would recommend getting a second opinion when using this company.

These guys are good. Very professional. I'll use their service again in the spring. Reasonable too!

Tyler was excellent in his site visit. He came out on the hottest day of the year to diagnose my partner’s AC issue. He was upfront and transparent about the potential issues and did his best to make sure our needs were met. Was incredibly helpful and if we have any other needs for HVAC, we will surely be requesting Tyler. Overall great experience.
