Tyler clearly described issues he saw and even took before and after videos to show the results of his work. They're support team is also very communicative and will let you know throughout the day when they expect they'll be ready to meet you.

Good company, friendly and knowledgeable service tech. Only suggestion: I paid to have the blower motor and fan removed for cleaning. Once out for service the tech found the motor was leaking oil and suggested replacing it (ten years old). The removal & cleaning was $300+ and then to replace the motor was another $1200+ wish the $300 had been deducted or cut in half at least, after all I think it would have been $1200 for the replacement if I had called them out to do just that. The joys of being a home owner. I will use their services again however.

The actual work done was fine. He arrived on time and was friendly. All we ended up needing was to have our flame sensor cleaned which cost $97. He cleaned everything up nicely.
There were two things that really bothered me. First, it was cold and we needed our furnace fixed. The fix was simple and should have been quick. Rather than just fix the furnace and move on, he spent 20 minutes going over all their servicing plans trying to get me to spend hundreds of dollars. This bothered me because I just needed a simple fix to be able to heat my home. I knew I didn't want the whole plan but he did offer to come back another day to inspect our outside condenser unit. It's been a few years so I agreed and set up an appointment. This is the second problem. Nobody showed up for the appointment. When I contacted them, they said the appointment had been entered with a code that is no longer used.

Service tech was very friendly and respectful. He explained what he was doing and how long it would take. Suggested a few things that could be addressed but did not pressure me at all. I highly recommend Access Heating & Air.

I have used Access for a number of years and they are very thorough and professional. Their techs are both knowledgeable and very personable. Their office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The company’s employees have excellent communication with their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or just maintenance on their HVAC system.

I had some indications that my heating system was malfunctioning. I called and hvac technician Tyler responded within an hour. Tyler was professional and personable. He completed a system check and explained his findings in detail. Excellent service. I will definitely use this company again.

Nowel has over eight years of experience with HVAC. He was a professional. He gave me sound professional insight, and advice on my system. While doing a routine check, he discovered a problem with the airflow in the duct that went to my upstairs. He had to cut into the duct open it, fix the problem and reseal it. He did this quick and efficiently, and made it look like new. My system is running better than ever I would highly recommend access heating and air and Nowel

Jacob came today to do maintenance on our HVAC. This is the third technician we’ve had do serviced for us in the past year. I couldn’t be happier with the service, care, punctuality, and professionalism. I would highly recommend!

Tyler arrived on time and was very friendly and carefully explained how our Trane XR95 furnace worked. He showed me where all the critical components he checked were located and their function. We enjoyed sharing Harley Davidson stories. Tyler wrote an excellent service report, and we decided to sign up for another year's service contract. I give Tyler and Access an A+ and 5/5 stars. 😊
