Jacob Booker was very professional and polite. Enjoyed visiting with him. Explained maintenance performed and items to keep an eye on in the future. Made a couple of adjustments to furnace. Highly recommend him and Access Heating and Air for any of your Heating &AC needs.

We have used Access for several years and they have done a great job for us. Andrew, our tech, is awesome. I never feel “sold” to. He gives it to us straight and respects when we decide to pass on an additional service. He’s a total sweetheart, even humoring our 4-yr old, who was thrilled by his tools and flashlight 🙂

We have had a service contract with Access for almost ten years after they installed our furnace/air conditioner. They have always sent out excellent service technicians in the spring and fall. Recently Tyler W. and Jacob B. did the fall service and were very thorough, cleaning and inspecting the system. I would recommend Access to anyone looking for trained technicians and prompt service.

Access installed our new hvac system over the summer. They we professional and friendly. Mark came today for our free check-up and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He changed the filter and provided me with some additional education about my new system. Would definitely refer others to Access.
