I've used this company for many years. In the past, I've always been pleased with the service. In fact, I've purchased two AC units from them, along with new duct work in my home. Recently, my opinion has changed regarding Air Rescue. Twice in less than a week, my appointment was canceled. That's twice that I rearranged my work and personal schedule to meet the service tech. And twice I was left holding the bag. And on both cancellations, they happened the day of the appointment. Not acceptable. Plus, after the first cancellation, I asked for a supervisor to call. I'm still waiting on the call. Furthermore, an email I sent last week was never answered. One thing for sure. When my service contract ends, I will find another, more customer oriented AC company. After spending thousands of dollars with this company, they've officially lost a customer and a reference for anyone else in the market for AC services.
Poor customer care. No follow through. I had a new AC system installed, paid in full. After the install they needed to send someone else out to replace a breaker. When the tech came out he didn’t know why it needed to be replaced. Which wasted my time off work. The City of Tampa failed the inspection due to the breaker not being properly labeled. It’s been 3 weeks. I re-arranged my schedule for someone to be out today. And now they dropped me for a better paying job. I scheduled today’s appointment over a week ago and they call me the day of to cancel? Not to mention that I was told they would re-install my air purifier and UV light on the new system. They just tell me that they can’t transfer it to the new unit inspection is passed. I wish I had seen the other review before going with this company. Do better for your customers. Complete the job you were paid for before going on to the next.
-1 star. Awful company and terrible service. I have been with no AC service for more than 24 hours, with a child in the house, my AC is new and under guarantee. No one gives me a prompt solution to my situation. Terrible customer service, just giving excuses and repeating messages as robots. I need someone to fix my issue as soon as possible, Thanks

We bought a house with split AC installed by them and we called to have them come check the systems out. Hunter was a great guy. He talked us through everything. We felt as though we were in good hands! 10/10 recommend this company and Hunter.
