Called Air Rescue by CJ after having a difficult time with another HVAC company. They came out that day and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. The other company had spent around 6 hours troubleshooting the problem without fixing the problem. The other company had advised us that there was two problems. We will never use the other company and will call Air Rescue next time we have a/c . Highly recommend Air Rescue. Thanks

We recently experienced a problem with our A/C, as condensation flooded the pan and surrounding areas of our home, overnight and while we slept. LandSea Homes contacted Air Rescue and a technician arrived here within 1.5 hours. I cannot thank both company’s enough for their attention and quick response.
I’d like to give a special thanks to Justin (one of Air Rescue’s specialists) for his work. He was friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed with his willingness to explain, as well as demonstrate what was happening within the unit, so as to give us clear insight into the nature of the problem, an issue that turned out to be a relatively easy thing for him to fix.

Brian came 2 hours earlier than expected on 3/5/23 which was a good surprise. He said right from the start that if I had any questions not hesitate to ask and he'd be more than willing to answer them if he could. I LOVE that from any repair person because I want to learn so I know what to do when a problem arises or how to prevent a problem. If and when we buy a house I would definitely want this company and especially Brian to come and address any A/C issues!! He was very personable and OMG, the 30 plus years of knowledge he has about this kind of system, incredible!! I can't even begin tell you how much I appreciate you and your company!! Tyler came out on 3/6/23 and found a leak, recharged the Freon until more work can be done on the A/C Unit. He was also very nice and answered my questions as they arose. I am really impressed with this company so far.

Our inside unit coil developed a leak and would not hold Freon so our unit would not cool or heat. Justin at the office got us on the schedule quickly. Bryan S. performed the diagnostic & found the leak in the coil. Justin got the parts ordered and in a few days Bryan was back with the new coil. The coil install went very smoothly. I was impressed with Bryan’s professionalism and his customer service skills. I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with him and would welcome the sight of him arriving the next time we need service.
I did not check the “Good Value” box because I have no other estimate to compare it to. Since we are on a maint plan which includes a discount, I feel like I received a good value but have no data point to confirm that.

Great service and on time. They honored the warranty on the part and labor. They were very polite and professional. I highly recommend Air Rescue for air conditioning and heating services.

CJ’s replaced my old AC/Heat pump today. Technician showed up on time and worked hard completing the job.Very neat and nice work. He explained how the system worked with the new thermostat. Very pleases with the service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Air Rescue is The ONLY company to call on for all of your Air Conditioning needs. Servicing my parents AC system when I was younger, to installing a complete new system including all new duct work in the attic in my first home, they've been there to ANSWER MY CALL EVERY SINGLE TIME and either the owner, Carl the "King of Cool" or one of his highly qualified and courteous Techs wold be there in a flash consistently... for OVER 25 YEARS!!!! So recently my unit started havingc trouble over a few weeks time... then it finally quit on me and would only blow out ambient temperature air instead of the ice cold breeze we Florida folks can't live without. Priorities go AC, water, food... And anything below that is fair trading for AC. One call, next day, out comes Justin. Super cool, knew exactly what to do and in like maybe 20 min his methodical troubleshooting skills had found the problem in a failed capacitor out on the compressor.. Snip snap I was back to my days business and my problems of sweating and fretting were over. Thanks Justin and Air Rescue!!! You guys are true Service Pros that I'm grateful for...AC is taken for granted till is goes out. It's a blessing to have guys that understand the urgency an literally come to the Rescue Anytime and every time 🙏💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bryan was so efficient and showed us exactly where the problem was coming from and walked us through everything and all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Very thankful, highly recommend this company, we will be using of regular maintenance!
