Air rescue by the C J's is exactly what it was!!! Not only was CJ excellent by fixing the problem, he explained why the issue started. He was also was helpful to give us information to prevent future problems!! The information that we were told to keep the air conditioner in working condition was wrong!!! That information was given by the rental company!!! Thank you guys for helping my family out!!! You guys rock!!!

Needs new motor. Technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Great service. Wasn’t able to fix AC. Need to order a new motor.

They came and cleaned out my drain line for my AC system that was clogged and then explained how I could do it myself next time to save money on another service call.

They charged me a $79 fee for a 24 hour service call; they actually didn't even come within 24 hours because the technician "forgot" to come to my house. Then when he did come the next day, he gave me an estimate of $500 to replace the blower motor module. I got a second opinion from Aldon's and the tech there was extremely smart and professional. He unclogged a hose and the a/c was fixed. He told me that my unit doesn't even have the module that Air Rescue was trying to charge me over $500 for. When I called the company to get a refund of the $79, the owner's son was rude and said they never give refunds (even though their tech advised me there would be a refund if his recommendation was wrong). The owner's son advised me that he'd have to have his dad call me back. Haven't heard anything but did put a stop payment on the check. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is pitiful, they set appointments with you and dont show nor answer at all. How can we make you smile is always the question? Do your damn job or at the very least be responsible with your appointments if you cant make it say just that.
