The various quotes we requested reduced down to overall price, SER2 rating, warranty, and technology. The Daikin Fit from CCC checked every box. Similar units (Lennox, Carrier, et al) were thousands more with the same inverter tech and had less warranty. Certified Climate Control exceeded all our expectations - Thank You!

Excelente service, reliable and most of all honest! The my stand up for their work and won’t let your case until they have you up and running. Our first experience with this company wasn’t that great and I almost came on here to leave a bad review. But we decided not to judge the entire company based on a tech that was less experience. We called in and explained that our issue hadn’t been resolved and the next day the sent their manager out and he not only reimbursed us for the wrongfully installed part he also didn’t step away until the issue was fixed.

Every interaction we’ve had with there techs since has been pleasant.

I have been using Certified Climate Control since 2014. They have always achieved the highest levels of professionalism and thoroughness in performing maintenance or repairs on my home's air conditioning system. When it came time to install a new system in 2018, I gathered proposals from five different companies, and CCC was the clear winner.

Their technicians have always arrived as promised, and the office sends appointment reminders the day prior to the appointment. The technician calls when they are en route on the day of to give you a 20-30 minute heads up as to their arrival. The required work is performed as requested and they provide photos and a detailed explanation of what they find during the process. Any suggestions for additional work are provided in writing with zero sales pressure and a complete outline of the cost. My technician for today's maintenance work, Josh S, was especially thorough in answering all of my questions and went into great detail explaining the nuances of some of the system component functions. Service like this and excellent technicians like Josh are what keeps me as a loyal and satisfied customer.

Certified Climate Control replaced one of my HVAC systems a couple years ago. It was the neatest installation. I am now under their six month preventative maintenance program for both of my systems. Technician Marques provided service on Friday. Very competent and personable. He explained all results completely and clearly along with recommendations. He was very respectful of my home. I really appreciate Certified Climate Control.

We had an urgent repair need. Climate control, who installed our system a few years ago, worked us in much earlier than our appointment, which was such a blessing!
Jordan, the tech, was so pleasant, very well spoken, on time, professional in appearance, behavior and expertise. He diagnosed and corrected our issue quickly and competently and our system was up and running. Jordan then serviced our unit very thoroughly and gave me great tips on how to be pro-active in maintaining our system. So very thankful for such a positive experience with Climate control. They are very blessed to have Jordan!

We have their regular preventative maintenance plan. Our AC is kept in good working order. On one occasion a condenser coil cracked and they came out promptly, ordered new parts and bandaged the system up enough to keep it running until the new part came in. The part was under warranty and so we didn’t pay anything for the final repair. Nice!

Technician River came out with a call before arriving and then on time. We were without A/C for 3 days he found the problem immediately and all was fixed in less then 30mins. We had him last year for a different issue and he was amazing then. He is truly an asset to your company. Thanks River it was much appreciated.

Derek was great! He told me how the system worked and some upgrades that would help improve my system. He replaced my UV light and capacitor, along with doing the routine maintenance. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Incredible service from the moment I called to schedule an appointment! Technician was very professional. They came within the time specified, he even gave me a call ahead! Explained throughly what was wrong and explained how he was going to fix it! I had cool back within an hour ! Thank you!
