Prices were definitely reasonable and fair. Chris and Tyler came out to give us an estimate and they eventually came back to do the work. Both were fast and efficient, and very cool to speak with. I would definitely recommend their services and will keep them in mind if I ever need AC services in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Heart Heating & Air, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the team at Heart Heating & Air were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I initially reached out because my AC quit working right before the July 4th weekend while we were hosting family from out of town. Katie answered the phone and was friendly and courteous, and they scheduled an appointment right away. We weren’t home when the technician could come out so we gave him a temporary code to the front door because we have cameras we knew we could see what was going on. They quickly identified the problem and while the part wasn’t available, they were able to create a temporary solution so we could at least have A/C.

When the technicians came out later to make the final repair, they were professional, introduced themselves and quickly diagnosed the issue. They determined that we could make an expensive repair, but the unit was at the end of its life and we would be better off replacing it. We decided to wait to save a little money, but to also shop around for the best price.

After speaking with a couple other companies, we found that the unit did in fact need to be replaced and that Heart Heating & Air had the best price.

The install team was also professional, introduced themselves and advised us what we could expect for the day. They were very knowledgeable and identified a device from the power company that would need to be disconnected during the install. They also told us that the part was part of a program from the power company and that by participating we should be getting a discount on our bill (the home was purchased as a foreclosure and we didn’t know about it).

What impressed me most about Heart Heating & Air was their commitment to transparency. They provided me with a clear outline of the cost associated with both the repair and the replacement, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Additionally, they took the time to explain the steps involved in the process and gave me several pointers so I knew exactly what to expect and could take the best care of my system to ensure its long life. The price was great also!

The technicians were all courtesy, professional, and efficient. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and left my home nice and clean. They even took time to answer questions and research what they didn’t know so I could make the best decisions regarding the maintenance of my air conditioner and heater.

Overall, I would highly recommend Heart Heating & Air to anyone in need of heating and air conditioning services. Their team is knowledgeable, efficient, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional service to their customers. Thank you guys for a job well done!

Amazing Company! I would rate them 10/10. They came out right away when my homes A/C unit died. They had great customer service, best price, and amazing techs. They worked with us to get the new system installed as soon as possible due to the FL summer heat. I would recommended these guys for any of there many services. Ralph came out this (Sunday) morning to complete a repair on my A/C unit. He was very professional and explained the cause of the issue while he worked to get my A/C back up and running. I will be calling them for any service going forward.

We would highly recommend this company for all your heat and air repairs and replacement. The crew was great!! One of the best companies to deal with! Kevin and his crew are the best!!! A++

I was recommended to use Hearts Heating & Air by a neighbor. I was disappointed they charged $312. To add freon and diagnostic fee. Advised there was a leak in evap coil. I call another company for a second opinion. They stated that goodman ac air handler is stilll modern .it end up being a hole on the copper line outside that needed to be brazing by the condenser. This could have been fix in the first day by Hearts heating and air. But they wanted to sell me a evap coil instead. And they never follow up anyways.. don't recommend them. Posted a picture of the receipt from them stating that I need a new evap coil. . And picture of the copper line where it was leaking. parts 2 company reach out to me and apologize and credit some back. . Change my rating from 1 star to 3 star .

From calling and speaking with Katie to Tyler coming out same day and on time.... Heart Heating and Air is Awesome!!! Everyone was so nice!! Very Honest!!! Tyler got us back feeling cool very quick and they will be our go-to going forward!!! Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend!!

We had our ac installed by Heart a little under a year ago. They are by far the best around. We had an issue on Sunday and our AC stopped working. I didn’t really want to call them out but I could not live with this heat. Someone answered right away and told me a tech would be at my house between 3-5. He came to our house investigated the problem and fixed it right away. This company is so professional and courteous. Truly a customer oriented business. I will refer family and friends to them. There is no other choice.
