Tyler was very professional went right out checked everything for leaks got his gauges and everything hooked up he checked inside and outside for leaks he said if it is a leak it's a very small one so they're going to put some leak stop in it and that'll take care of the problem and if it doesn't they'll be back out and check it again Tyler's very proficient in what he does and if I have any other issues I would like Tyler to come back because I know I can trust him

Let me start by saying that I am beyond frustrated. My father recently had a unit installed by Brian from Air rescue. He came to our home and talked up a big game. Sounding so knowledgeable, and making my parents think they were getting the best deal in the world. A few days later my father decided to cancel his membership. Not only did Brian threaten to charge them more ( because he says he gave my dad such a "great " offer), but didn't allow my father to cancel his membership. I'm sorry, but what happened to customer satisfaction?! If someone doesn't want to continue to keep a product or change their minds about the service they sign up for - why are they not allowed to get their money back. I feel absolutely terrible for my parents because I feel they are taking advantage of them. It makes me absolutely sick to my stomach that a company would do that. My father is a very passive man, so he will just let this go. Which makes me even more upset, because he is an older retired man who lives on a fixed income and now has to just swallow $600 because the company does NOT honor customer satisfaction. Research this company 100% so you know what your getting yourself into. I would never use them based on their dishonor alone.
