Air Rescue

Had them service my system for about 6 years. Since, the system was only a year old. Every time they came to service there was always something they recommended. Always, took their advice. Then said I needed a new system and upgraded thermostats to a nest thermostat. Had problems and researched a known issue with the internal battery. Asked for it to be looked at and after spending over $10k was told another $350 to just plug in another nest thermostat that should be covered under warranty. Trying to tell me $350 is for just labor to literally just pull off the thermostat and plug in a new one. When they Max 2 months just installed a brand new system. Wouldn't give a replacement to me to install myself. Even though it was all under warranty. Stay away from these rip off con artists. Save your money and go else where.

Our experience was great! Used them twice, once for our rental and once for our home. Hunter P was our field rep/ technician. He was highly personable and very fair & helpful. Not to mention he was very patient when our gate guard tried to turn him away & we missed his call. He came back when we realized we had missed him. We also thought we needed a whole new unit for our home but he advised us of a simple fix and unclogged out exiting unit.
In our rental, we did need a new unit as it was 16 years old and died. He gave us the best price out of multiple quotes and fast installation.

Worker was knowledgeable, and explained what was needed to keep my unit functioning at its best!

Technician showed up in less than 1 hour from the time I called. He diagnosed our problem within minutes and had our AC up and running in no time. ! This was after hours. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.
