AC unit not working late on a Sunday afternoon. Technician was prompt to respond and everything was fixed in no time.

He was very thorough, detailed oriented and made sure I had a NICE cool AC in excellent working operation before he left after the NEW Installation. Please tell JORGE the AC Installer technician! THANK YOU SO MUCH for his AMAZING and VERY Professional install of my BRAND NEW AC UNIT!!!

As a follow up, Peter, the very professional AC technician came back and installed my 5KW HEAT Strip because it was out of stock when they installed my brand new AC UNIT!! Peter came promptly on time, had AMAZING customer service and was very thorough, detail oriented and explained the process of the HEAT Strip install. Peter checked everything to make sure it was operating and working perfectly before he left. Please tell PETER, the AC technician, Thank you for the HEAT STRIP install and he did a fantastic job!!! I have been using this company for years end been very happy. Grant has always been our primary person and definitely the best repair guy we have have ever had. We request him because he gets in there gets the job done and gets to the truth and needs. Before using air rescue and Grant we were repairing every year if not twice a year. Now he made sure my blue light was installed again after buying a new unit.

Ivan arrived as scheduled to perform routine A/C preventive maintenance. Answered all questions in detail to my satisfaction. Would be happy to have him service our system in the future

These guys are awesome. My ac went down for a 2nd time in month. Bayonett installed a blower that didn’t last a month and refused to come out on Sunday despite being told no ac was an emergency. Another company came out and gave me wrong information and wanted $11,000 for a new system. I called Air Rescue Monday am and they were out within hours. They told me what was wrong offered me options and got my ac working until we could install the new one. Brandon and Glen were awesome and restored my faith in techs. I have since referred 2 people to them. I don’t feel I was oversold. In fact I think they felt sorry for me and really wanted me to know this company treats people right. I am over the moon happy. I have ac until my new system is installed tomorrow. This a family owned business and it shows.

They did a great job, very professional, got the job done fast

A competitive price was given, installation was set up within a few days. The workers were here when they said they were supposed to be here and the system look like a clean installation. However, it’s two days later after system installed and I am awaiting repair man because I was awoken last night sweating because the air conditioner Brand New stopped working. Just blowing warm air and since installation humidity has never been in a comfortable range. If this repair doesn’t fix it I’m going to ask them to remove it and install a different system

These guys are the worst. They have no business installing AC units. It’s been going on for 4 months. Nobody knows what’s going on. Customer service makes up excuses why technicians cancel. Do not bother with these guys. Plenty of other legit professional HVAC contractors out there. 1 star is being generous

Air Rescue (AR) replaced our A/C unit about 1 year ago. AR had much better prices & turnaround than a couple of other companies estimates! They made the whole process very smooth. They also called to remind me of our 1 year maintenance/checkup. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our experience was great! Hunter P was our field rep/ technician. He was very personable, and helpful. We needed to replace our old unit with a whole new unit.
He gave us a good deal and his crew removed the old unit and installed new unit in little time.
