Air Rescue has been my go to for HVAC needs for 15+ years. Great CSR's, fast response and quick service to system.

He was on time and very quick. He showed my husband what to do to perform maintenance. We will definitely call Air Rescue again. Excellent!!!

Sadly, I get to report another no show for them. That makes twice this year. They wait until the same day as your appointment to cancel and reschedule. Air Rescue has no care for if this will inconvenience you or not. Their next appointment wasn't for another month (which this one was more than a month too from the last time). Air Rescue is probably significantly understaffed for the size of their business. I recommend going to another company if you are considering them.

I screwed up my system trying to wire in a new thermostat and needed to call for help from someone who new what they were doing. Scott showed had me up and running in a very timely fashion and even gave me a few pointers so it wouldnt happen again and brought a potential mold issue to my attention to save me more money down the road! They are my first call next issue I have.

All around good quality service! Very professional from making an appointment to the technicians and follow up. Technician quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. So important when it’s 92° outside!

We've been a loyal customer of Air Rescue for about 7yrs. Our a/c started freezing up one day in July! I went to Google and started searching for an a/c repair company to come and take a look. I had called 3 or 4 companies when I saw Air Rescue. I admit, the name caught my eye!! I myself am a paramedic!! Lol When I called they were super sweet and very knowledgeable of the business. They had an opening the same day. I got off the phone with Air Rescue and less than and 15min later there was a knock on the door!! At that moment it was 86° in the house at 1pm. The technician was my hero and savior 🙏 He was quick, figured out the problem and didn't try to sell anything. He was truthful and professional. He let us know the freon leak was not able to be fixed but told us that it could possibly make it 2 more years with refilling every so often. He encouraged us to get a monthly service plan so that we would save money with adding freon who knows many times. 3 years go by and it's on its last leg when we found out about a deal Air Rescue was having with finance options. So, we scheduled the new installation. Air Rescue has been nice, very polite and professional. I truly can't say one negative thing or one thing I think they should work on!! Great company and amazing employees 👏 Thank ya'll for keeping this born here, raised here Floridian girl cool 😎

Been with Air Rescue for three years. They have been available same day, during the hot summer months makes a big difference.

Air Rescue has been great to work with. They installed my new HVAC unit a few years back and have kept up the maintenance ever since. They’ve always been very communicative, and are always on time whenever it is time for my annual maintenance.

I contacted Air Rescue on 2/3 at 7:00AM to report a problem with my HVAC..I spoke with Amy who was absolutely delightful abd outstanding in her listening to everything I was concerned about and assured me someone would be out between 9 and 12.

Brendan and Glenn arrived around 10 and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes or so. Repair was going to require a special part and I would not be able to use the system until it was repaired.
Glenn immediately phoned the office to see if the part could be made available for installation same day. Answer was yes. So they left to get what was needed and returned to install. They performed checks to insure the part was “doing the job”.
Brendan noticed an unrelated issue with some brittleness in thermostat wire. They spoke with a manager and then spliced new line where needed. Glenn and Brendan worked to get me some savings as well. They were done with everything around 12:30.
I was so grateful and relieved to have this issue resolved so quickly and well with professionalism and respect.

I’ve had an annual preventative maintenance plan with Air Rescue for a few years now. I’ve also had my AC system replaced by them in 2021. They are responsive, respectful, and efficient. They also offer upgrade solutions which may save money on energy costs.
