Grant is excellent tech as I have been using him for a long time!

Air Conditioner that they installed is no longer producing cold air. It's still under warranty. They claimed the part isn't available. A quick google search shows it available in multiple different vendors. It's been two weeks and we're dealing with 85 degree temperatures because they aren't honoring their agreement. We also have pets in our house. This is unacceptable.

The technician was clean, polite and professional. He explained system functions, all work that was be accomplished and needed procedures to keep my a,/c running strong! This was overall an informative experience.

Called yesterday and Rep mentioned the Tech will be out tomorrow between 9-10am. I called at 10:40am and now Rep mentions the appointment is between 9-11am and that the dispatcher will call. I called at 12pm and the Rep says they normally don't give time estimates for off hour calls. This level of incompetence is disturbing and everyone appears to be on a different page. After this visit, I will be canceling my monthly membership and going with another company. Not worth the hassle.

What can I say? Fast, friendly, extremely courteous and efficient. Still the best AC service I have ever had. I just renewed my service contract again. So, yes, I recommend them highly.

We called Air Rescue to fix our a/c. They came out and the service man was great. He got it up and running and said we needed a new unit, which we knew. We bought a new unit from them and they scheduled the installation. The people who came to do the installation were unprofessional. They were arguing and cussing the entire time. One left a torch on upstairs while he ran to the truck. The other used our bathroom, no big deal, but he left it a disaster. They couldn’t finish the install because they couldn’t program the thermostat. A different tech had to come out to do that, and they couldn’t come out until the next day. It took them 7 hrs to install the unit, which was longer than it should have taken, and they wanted us to go another day without air because they didn’t know how to program the thermostat? After a call to the manager, the other tech came out and installed the thermostat. We also let the manager know of the behavior of the two techs. He apologized and said that it would be addressed. All was fine. Then the building inspector came out and said that it failed because it wasn’t installed right and they would need to come back out. They did and said it was fixed. It wasn’t. They had to come back out again, and said it was fixed. Another inspection said it still wasn’t fixed. The third attempt wasn’t done because it was scheduled, and 2 hrs into our repair window, they call and say that the part needed wasn’t in. We notified the building inspector. A week later our brand new A/C stopped working. This tech has it working, but no info about the part that is needed to fix the initial incorrect installation was given to him. We have called the company and asked to speak to the manager three times and have not received a call back, other than the initial complaint, and even that felt as if he was brushing us off with a standard answer of “I’ll talk to them about that”. Do no use this company. They only care about your money and not their service they provide.

Great company and great technician. Overall a very good experience.

Brendon came to clean my air duct and do a maintenance on the A.C. unit. He was on time, very courteous and got right to work. He described what he was doing because I've never had it done before. It was done in the time frame I told it would take. The vents looked fantastic when he was done cleaning them. He found a part on my air handler that needed to be replaced and he got the job done right away at a good price. We were very satisfied with the work. Thanks again Brendon and Air rescue!
