It was Sunday afternoon and our A/C was leaking water. Our is a well maintained 7 year old system. In less than and hour we received a call back. They could have someone out in a few hours. I opted for next day. Tech was on time. Clean, concise and in the end we opted for the maintenance plan. Very reasonable pricing. Very happy we called

Air rescue always calls the day before to remind us of our appointment and the repairman call when they're on the way so that we know that they'll be there in a few minutes. Everyone is always courteous, informative and very helpful. We are very pleased with their service.

We received a call for our annual A/C maintenance. It was scheduled for a little over a month or so out. The A/C outside unit struggled several times to come on like there was a short. Normally when this happens each year in the dead of summer the line needs to be flushed and when that happens the unit won't come on. We called and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. Jimmy was able to come even earlier. He checked the line there wasn't anything in it. He didn't just leave he asked us questions to troubleshoot any other possible scenarios. He made sure it wasn't the capacitor even tho that was recently replaced he wanted to double check. We have spent a lot of money with Air Rescue because of things that have had to be done. A lot of other companies you would feel like you are just throwing money at. We never feel that way. We always feel like we are treated with care. Listen its summer they get busy but they get to you and they most definitely got to us and with care. Everything they have ever done is with care. I even think their prices are also reasonable. We have had zero complaints. Their customer service staff is amazing. Their techs are awesome. Hunter is exceptional. Russ I wish I could remember everyone else's name they have sent. I've watched techs in training that our now on their own. I'm grateful for this company. Ive worked with many in my over 15 years in real estate and property managememt. Always trust a review.

Been having difficulty in maintaining the air handler (refrigerant in coil); but after performing some leak detection, technician discovered it was the 28 year (original) line set that had the leak. And this was them coming to my house "after hours" within 4 hours of my phone call to their dispatch. A day or two later, the line set was replaced and all is working just fine. Both the company and service technician were very communicative and kept me updated on status and progress. Job well done; Air Rescue has been my ac preventative maintenance and service / repair company since we originally built our house 28 years ago (1995) (under a different name)

Air Rescue replaced my old AC unit. After the installation there were some fine tuning issues/adjustments that were needed inorder for the system to run properly. I was pleased that Air Rescue honored their work and made sure that the new system worked properly!

Thermostat came in a smashed box. Will not respond to any of three different passcodes I was given. It is now in the low 60s in my house and the air conditioner hasn't stopped running for almost 24 hours.
