I’m extremely pleased with this company. I am a renter and have had issues with Tricon itself but this company has been hands on with me to assure everything gets done. Last week my house was at 82 degrees and we were waiting on approval from Tricon so they could work on my home. Well Jackie and Aaron both made sure to fix this issue temporarily for us. Best part about it is that this was in a Saturday and he got here within an hour or so! I’ve had to reschedule due to not being home and they’ve had zero issues or fits about me rescheduling. Jackie is very polite every time you speak with her and Aaron gets the job done with very great explanation as to what’s going on. They’re both amazing and truly need a great raise! Thank you both for being so amazing to my family and getting everything resolved! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We had a great experience with Corey and his partner from Air Now! They did a superb job installing the canned lighting and fan on our +20 ft living-room ceiling. They were on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and very hard-working. Corey had great recommendations for us when it came to light placement and wiring our switches. We are very happy with the final product! Highly recommend them!

Tech replaced 25 amp circuit breaker with 30 amp! Let him know that was dangerous to do if fan motor for A/C wiring did not match and requested proper 25 amp breaker! Pretty sure if I hadn't stayed with him that 30 would have caused serious electrica problems.

Almost 6 years ago Airnow installed a Lennox AC at my home. Since then I have had no ends of trouble with this unit. Now the warranty is out at 5 years, the coils have a leak and I am looking at paying half of what I paid to install this piece of garbage to fix it. We have called Airnow multiple times and asked them to call us back but has not received a response. I've called Lennox and waited for hours with no response. Today is my loss, I am sure you don't want to lose, so stay away from Lennox and Airnow.

I recently purchased a home with terrible original 1972 ductwork. Air Now quickly responded and helped us make informed choices about moving forward. Because of their honesty and expert advice, we felt confident with our decision to replace all of the ducts and the aging unit. It has made all of the difference in the world! The techs themselves were very kind, professional, and accommodating. I work from home and they were very sensitive to noise and disruptions. I highly recommend them!

Drew the sales person was very thorough in checking out my a/c unit and advised me what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was not pushy or aggressive as most sales people are. The decision as to what I was going to do, was based solely on the information he provided and what my options were. I opted to replace the unit rather than do the repairs, because it was the most cost effective way to go in my opinion. He told me that the unit will be installed the next day. While he was still at my home doing the paper work, I received a call from the office of Air Now, they asked if I was going to be home and they informed me that they were going to install the unit that same day. The installers arrived within 2 hours and installed my new unit. They were very courteous and made sure no mess was left. I would highly recommend this company. Both Drew and the installers were very professional. And a no pressure sale. Thank you for your professional service.

A/C was not working early in the morning so I made the call to Air Now. Response excellent as I received "same-day" service. The tech (Drew) arrived on time. He was courteous, personable and knowledgeable. He quickly isolated the problem - testing the easiest possibilities first. Once we knew the problem, he reviewed the available options. He never pressured me or pointed me in a certain direction. He provided necessary information and I made the "smart" choice. He then proceeded to call the office and other techs and was able to schedule installation of a new system the very next morning. So, my appreciation goes out to Drew the way he handled himself and assisted in my problem. The install team (2) was headed by Sergio. They arrived on time and worked 6 1/2 hours straight - amazing job and left the area as clean as it was before they started. Overall - the experience from beginning to end was seamless and efficient! I highly recommend Air Now! My AC stopped running one day and I called around to see who can make it out the soonest. Air Now was at my house within a few hours, diagnosed the problem right away, and the tech was very honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Since it was an easy fix, they only charged me the diagnostic fee. We were very pleased and I will definitely be using them in the future, if needed!

The entire team was very professional, on time and worked until the job was done right! Phil and Andres worked together to replace my air handler in the attic. They were very knowledgeable and thorough and worked until late to finish up that day so we could have a cool and comfortable night. Even through the rain they were careful and clean. AC is working better than it ever has before! Thanks so much for the hard work!

I spoke with Miss Karla, she gave me a fair price and a next day appointment. Well she dispatched the job to Sergio, and he called and came early.

Sergio Suarez was my installer, he was prompt, courteous, finished in a timely manner, cleaned up, gave instructions on use, and had great follow through.
Sergio is a great installer and extremely professional.

I recommend this company. I wad dying in here my old unit and being miserable are a thing of the past!!!
