I am revising my review after Air Now called me with the opportunity to rectify the issue of their technician never showing up. The technician who did come was very courteous and polite, and took his time investigating the issues.

Drew saved the day! After working all day in the heat he came after 5 to fix our AC. He had a great attitude and fixed the issue in less than an hour! Very impressed!

This company did an outstanding job. Service address was 10464 106th Avenue. The technician Sean was wonderful he worked extremely hard even though it was raining all day yesterday. And he got the job completed at 1 a.m. so thumbs up to this company

Air Now installed a new AC unit a little over two years ago. A month within the warranty, the outside unit stopped running. Service tech has been out three times since and now for a fourth time the outside unit has stopped running. Call the office and both the owner and the office manager are off on a trip and will not return for 3 days.
Update 2/25/2018: Air Now has stepped up to the plate. Higher level techs are actively engaged in debugging the system. Also installed portable AC units until the main unit is fixed.

Jim Brad**** a senior tech. came out on time, and seemed personable enough. He went on to explain how my 4 ton unit was leaking and how he could not patch it up. Spent the next 20 min. trying to sell me a brand new unit. Quoted me 600$ just for a fan install. Had another co. come out next day...long story short $350.00 fan....done.
The guy is a thief, liar, and crook. I will go out of my way, to keep him from ripping anyone else off.

Just as the first reviewer states AirNow's senior technician came to our house and lied in our face. He conjured up this elaborate explanation of how his inspection found a leak within five minutes without any pressure test. He then proceeded to sell the dye injection test. First, he couldn't be sure and it would cost over nine hundred dollars. Then he offered this fantastic special of 6300 saving us 20%. I felt like I just bought a Yaris. While I don't know much about ac repair I know when I'm being scammed. I would rather fall for the Nigerian bank account fiasco at least there's a promise of doubling my investment. Don't believe anything these guys say!!!!!! They get an F!

Andrés Escalona and Rene Rodriguez did an amazing job replacing our WHOLE unit. Even tho they had some complications they still managed to make it over and worked hard all day installing the unit! They were also very respectful, informative, they answered all our questions and made sure to provide us with all paperwork and information we needed to know before leaving. Definitely recommend them. Thank You!!

Terrible customer service, unreliable, and unprofessional. Made an appointment from 12-4pm! Waited for the technician. I never got a call to update me on his status. When I called the office to ask where the tech was, the office couldn't even reach him because his phone was turned off. Don't waste your time with this company.

Had an issue with a/c kicking off for no obvious reason. Aaron called ahead, arrived early, diagnosed quickly and made the fix! Turns out even though we were pouring vinegar in drain line, it still got clogged; Aaron took care of it. Friendly and professional; will definitely use again.

When you live in Florida and your ac decides to break down, it's an awful feeling, both physically and mentally. Mentally, you assume that you're going to be raked over the coals because let's face it, Florida in July without ac, yah, that's not happening. Jarrod called me back within 5 mintues and said he could be at my house within the next 2 hours - and he was, although we were in the middle of a nasty storm. He didn't complain, just asked me for an umbrella and went about his business. He showed me exactly what the problem was which was clearly evident to me. He was courteous, polite and very kind. I don't know if the total bill was fair or not, but for professional services, we have to expect to pay professional fees. I'm not complaining about the bill. The service was worth it alone. I know there are reviews here that aren't very nice, but ask yourself this: Do you expect to be paid when you work or are you doing it all for free? I will absolutely use Air Now for any future needs because of the courteousy and respect shown to me. I highly recommend you do the same.
