It is a major relief after not having any heat and cooling in my home for 9 months. Many AC techs have come with no resolve. Sergio and Michael from Air now came to look at the problem and immediately knew what the solution needed to be. They came back and did a wonderful job and replaced the ducks, flex, and installed insulation in the attic. They are knowledgeable, very professional, and cleaned up after they completed the job. They are the best Ac techs in the Tampa area and need major recognition for their great customer service and knowledgeable professionals. Thank you Air now for hiring them and thank you Sergio and Michael for your service and great work.

I've used multiple AC companies over the years and these guys are the best bar none! All of their representatives are very professional and extremely nice people. Other companies we've dealt with send out snaky representatives that are clearly salesmen in disguise that could care less about troubleshooting your true issues. All they want to do is add this, add that, and you can just smell the dishonesty from a mile away. Air now totally changed our view of AC companies. They get right to the point and will tell you EXACTLY what you need, none of the BS on the side. We actually had Air Now come out to give us a second opinion because we felt something fishy was going on with the prior company we were using. Surely enough, Air Now was able to sniff it out and tell us the real truth. Long story short, they saved us THOUSANDS of dollars! We'll never use another AC company again. Thank you Air Now!

Drew was my techician he as friendly and super knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem, took steps to fix it and made sure we were up and running. He was wonderful and he also was great with my dogs! Would highly recommend him and Air Now!!

The office staff and our technician, Nielsen, were tremendously helpful and professional from the beginning to the end of our emergency repair. Scheduling was convenient and pricing was fair. Nielsen was able to quickly diagnose our problem that was associated to an installation from another company that replaced our unit one year ago. That company obviously cut a few too many corners to save a few dollars. He also spent the extra time to explain the issues and went the extra mile to perform a top notch repair. I would highly recommend Air Now for any repairs and will refer them to our neighbors when they need assistance.

Had an appointment for 8/3 and 8/4 both days no call no show. Very unprofessional, I called and spoke with Carla after the first day of them not showing up and she couldn’t even give me a reason as to why. Then she scheduled for the next night and they once again no call no showed so I’m on day 3 of no air conditioning. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is a shout out on many jobs well done. Starting with the young lady that answers the telephone...I think her name is Carla. She does a wonderful job and seems to know what she is doing all the time. She is cheerful, polite, smart and able to accommodate the customer needs. In my opinion she represents the Air Now company very well. She leaves a glowing impression of a good service team. She is the first contact with the company and an excellent job she does. Air Now installed and services both of my units at my home and I trust what they say and do. The repairmen have all been pleasant and skilled at their trade but I can assure you that Carla the phone person paves the way for these guys to do their jobs more effectively. Arianny was the best! He came in and fixed the issue efficiently, had a great customer service personality and did an excellent job of finding the problem and fixing it. Give this guy a raise! I would recommend him as an AC guy to anyone!! Thanks again! You DA Man! AC fixed! No more leaks!

We have been customers of Air Now for many years and use them for our home and multiple rental properties. Their service is first rate and their staff professional and very pleasant. Recently, we had three 5 ton units installed at our home and their selection of units and prices were excellent. I cant say enough good things about this company. We were getting ready to go on vacation recently and our A/C stopped working the very night before we left. Luckily I spotted one of your trucks in my neighborhood area and frantically tried to chase it down. It turns out your serviceman Drew courteously stopped and said he was on his way to a call that evening and would contact me later. To my surprise, he did get back to me even though it was later in the evening and he must have been tired already! Drew diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to repair it to our relief since we were getting ready to leave the next morning. I can't tell you how much we appreciate Drew's kind service and expert knowledge as well as his phenomenal customer service! YOU NEED TO GIVE THIS GUY A WELL-DESERVED RAISE for giving your company a great reputation and future business from other customers who read this!!!
