The female operators are gentle, soft spoken , and have clarity in their communication My technician is also great, very patient with my thousand of questions and their why. He is also quick on his repairs and fair with the prices. Fantastic work along with Fantastic communication from the office as to when your next maintenance is due. I have the annual maintenance contract and was very pleased to have them give us an appointment on Sunday when the system stopped working on Saturday. Very disappointed on Sunday when they called at the appointment and canceled the service call because they were too busy. Didn't get another service call until Monday night... then they were 6 hours late. it was a quick adjustment to get "the outside to talk to the inside unit. My wife was hot 2 days unnecessarily.
We had a problem with our AC during the last heatwave right before the 4th of July holiday. The team was responsive and got to us the same day ! Problem was simple to resolve and even though they had recommendations to improve, they focused on the issue at hand and didn’t force a sale… refreshing. And… BTW they will get that sale as the result of this service experience when we can budget for it!
This system does not allow me to give less than 1 star. I have been an Air Rescue Customer with a service agreement since 2008. This morning of 06/05/2023 became the third time within the past year (two times with the last two months) that Air Rescue called to cancel or reschedule my confirmed appointments. This morning Carly called at 10:40am with only 20 minutes remaining on my 9am - 11am appointment window. This appointment was confirmed on Saturday. I had to juggle my schedule to accommodate this window. This is no way to run a company or maintenance agreements or a reservation / confirmation system. I told Carly to cancel the appointment because I would not be available during the 2pm - 4pm window that she wanted to reschedule.
Grant is our favorite tech. He's professional and on time. He always treats us like we are family. I am enrolled in the maintenance plan. Every 6 months they check my system. If there is an issue with my AC, they have responded quickly and resolved the issue right away.
It’s never a good thing when your A/C isn’t cooling, but the folks at Air Rescue make sure you get same day service. My technician had been here on a previous call and in no time the unit was functioning. I would definitely recommend Air Rescue.
The technician that came out, was Vince. He was very friendly, professional and explained to me what he was doing to fix the problem. He answered my questions without hesitation and gave me tips on how to prevent the problem from occurring. For my future service, I'm hoping Vince will be the technician sent out. Air Rescue is by far one of the best AC companies that I have used for install, maintenance and repair. I highly recommend them. Additionally, whenever I call for repair someone is normally assigned within 24hrs.
I am very disappointed with this company’s service. If you have an older system, that they can continue to charge you to replace/repair or service, it is usually one day service; but always with suggestions to upgrade or replace your current system. So, we did. In June 2022, we purchased a new Rudd system from Air Rescue/10 year warranty with the manufacturer and the “Service” agreement with Air Rescue. In March of this year, our unit started making a loud noise. They sent someone out to replace the fan blades and the motor. This did not correct the problem. It is now May 2023 and after numerous calls to the office , multiple texts with videos; to the supervisor and to a manager with this company, the unit is still making a loud noise (which is outside our master bedroom window) and nothing has been done. I contacted them in March. I contacted them in April and i contacted them in May. I called again this morning, because unfortunately , no one from this company has responded. Please consider this review when researching this company for service.
Customer for 4 years. Used to good but something really wrong now. I called for regular maintenance last year and was told the next available appointment is in 2 months, so I went with someone else. This year I tried again and was given a date few weeks later which I was ok with, However got a call a day before saying they need to reschedule. No apology nothing just said we need to reschedule and after a long hold was told the next available date is a month later. I honestly feel they need to review what is happening and take corrective steps.
I have had maintenance service with Air Rescue for years and they have never let me down. Even on weekends and/or holidays. They responded quickly and sent someone out to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service and repair service.
