Easy to reach, emails are sent when the technician is headed to your home, and their progress is trackable online. Steven was efficient, personable, and not only fixed the issue with our Carrier Infinity system he was able to explain what had occurred. Absolutely would use them again and highly recommend to friends and neighbors!

Air Rescue helped us to replace our old furnace recently. Requested a quote on Monday, got a quote on Tuesday and get the new furnace running on Friday. We are very pleased with their service. Do ask for a few quotes. Air Rescue is not the lowest one but we ended up choosing them because we appreciate how they explained our questions. Our technician Daniel really knows what he is doing. Arrived on time and finished earlier than expected. Excellent work!

These guys have been wonderful and very responsive. I was thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness and diligent service. The in-home consultation from Emily to inspection and installation from Chris and Alberto were all done within the day itself. Technicians were great with the install and setup of a new heater and wiring of the thermostat. Highly recommend this business.

Chris showed up on time, and finished on time as he stated he would. The work was performed very professionally, neat and organized. Chris and his co worker where both very informative, very knowledgeable and very respectful. Removal of old units and new install was very seamless. Very affordable. Would definitely recommend them as they were professional from the estimate to customer service in the office to the installation.

I want to start out by saying thank you to Air Rescue and everyone who was involved in the install. Raymond looked at my system and informed me that my system was under sized and my ducts were leaking, and that was the reason for my comfort air problems. He got the right size equipment for the house to be installed and replacing my ducting. During the install manger Oscar came to check on the progress and quality of the job. The install crew was great, very polite and professional, they protected my flooring and cleaned up after themselves making sure to not leave finger smudges. I would recommend this company, great experience.

First of all they responded really fast and professionally. The call was answered right away and appointment was setup on the spot. No calling back drama. Rudy was very on time. My heater was not working for a week and Rudy came and quickly determined that was only the controller's problem. They were not trying to sell me any unnecessary services.

He told me that he can sell me a new controller and after I told him I have a new Nest controller and not sure if it would work, he quickly said he will make it work and only charged me installation fee. He even made some adjustments on my heater's wiring to make it work better with new controller. Again, very professional and not trying to sell you any unnecessary services or products.

Email receipts was sent right after they got back to office that day. I will definitely hire them again for any heating or cooling problems.

Our furnace had stopped working, Emily helped prepare a plan for our home and through consultative selling, got us what worked best for our home and their team executed really well. Chris and Alex did the installation and did high quality installation work, we're very helpful and nice to work with.

My furnace stopped blowing hot air and was ON the whole day without warming up the house. It's a Sunday and didn't think anyone would come out , and if so, would overcharge . I found AirRescue online and called which Chris answered right away and said he'll be there in 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it . I also had a problem with my boiler and asked if he recommends someone ... turns out he does plumbing as well! Now I have someone who does it all , with great prices and most importantly someone I can trust to do the right job.

All Ac and Heating replaced our house furnace, coil, and air conditioner. They also added dual zone controls which we did not have before. Dzmitry and Jonathan were the technicians assigned to the job and they were both fantastic. The process from quote to final walkthrough was excellent (all of it done within 1 week). I was notified of when I should expect the technicians to arrive (with detailed map tracking) which I really appreciated as I am working. They also did everything they could to accommodate our thermostat placement which required them to get into some narrow and difficult to access spaces.
