Air Masters

This is a Home Depot partner. At first the tech installed it on the wrong wall and lied about the functionality. To their credit the owner came and moved it to the right wall without charge. They left severe damage to the wall but I didn't say a word about that. Within a week of the move the unit was no longer functioning. But this had all taken so much time that it was now Fall so we had to wait until this Spring. It's Spring now and they're here to fix it again. There are no excuses this time. If it doesn't work we're going to deny the install through Home Depot.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They installed a $9,000 trane split system in my house. In the first year they had to come back twice and fix a leak and also re insulate the lines he ran through the basement, which also didn’t work until insulted myself. Way better then their half a$$ work. Now it is leaking again I called them at the end of the summer to get them to come back and I was told they only service commercial. Now it’s passed his one year warranty on the installation and he doesn’t even know me. What a joke. He even told me he didn’t install it. I’ve called 3 companies that don’t want to touch this machine. Way to stand by your work! I wouldn’t be surprised if he know this unit was a lemon. Don’t use this shady company it’s not worth it. What a real POS!

Extremely professional,knowledgeable,careful and courteous. I had 2 air conditioning units installed with new air handlers. They arrived on time, covered the floors with dropcloths, kept me informed of their progress and remained until 7pm...when the job was finished. Highly recommend Air Masters. Their office staff is awesome.

Kyle Hoffman is the biggest scumbag!!! Do not trust him or anyone Associated with his company!!! Or any company he is affiliated with

horrible service! They don't show up for the regular maintenance you paid for, and you can't get to talk to them in case of an emergency. You leave a message with the answering service and no one will return your call. They take your money and neglect you!
