David came in clutch for me and my family when our hot water heater sprung a leak on New Year’s Eve of all days. I had gallons of water flowing in my basement. I called, David answered, and was at my home to inspect the issue within the hour. After that, he continued to be responsive to all of my questions. He was at my home the next day, (that’s New Year’s Day) at the time he promised, with a new boiler to my specifications. He and his partner made quick work of the installation and they left everything clean. The quality of David’s work speaks for itself, but what really separates him from others is how focused he is on meeting the needs of the customer. Not only did David help us out of a jam that couldn’t have come at a worse time, he was a pleasure to work with and mitigated the stress of the situation. Thank you, David.
