Enrique is very knowledgeable. He takes you calls promptly and if he can't talk at the moment he definitely gets back to you. He explained everything to me thoroughly and suggested what's best in my situation. His team is good and leaves the work area clean when done. I will certainly continue to use him for my heating and ac need.

Enrique is very professional, courteous, responsive, honest and knowledgeable. I called him once for doing maintenance on my outdoor AC compressor and today I called him for a problem with my furnace. He took care of the problem and his prices are fair. I highly recommend him. I look to doing business with him in the future.

I do not know we’re to begin, there are so many wonderful things i could say about Enrique and his team! My HVAC system stopped working on the 2nd coldest day of the year. After looking at his exceptional reviews online I decided to call him, at which point I interrupted his dinner at 11:30 pm. He was more than gracious to spend a good half hour, troubleshooting with me on the phone. It was at that point that we both realized that there was nothing that could be done that night. After assuring me that my pipes would not freeze overnight, we decided to do the estimate early in the morning. Enrique and his team showed up on time, he was extremely knowledgeable and immediately assessed the situation honestly and compassionately! He told me I was going to need a new system and that he wouldn’t be able to do it until Monday. After realizing that I had an elderly mother in the house he was more than kind enough to call his crew in on their day off to do the job. They were Efficient, immaculate and took great care with my home. My father had worked for himself for years and one of the many things I loved the most about him was the pride he had in his work. I saw that same pride in Enrique! You never know when you have to have a repair who is going to show up-but from the minute I spoke to him I felt like he was family, and he treated us as if!! if I could have given 30 stars I would have!! This review covers our family's awesome experience with Enrique of EM Mechanical NY, LLC. over the last two years. Our residence is a two-family home with two separate AC and heating systems.

Enrique has successfully installed one complete HVAC system and a separate AC and heating system in our home. During all three installations, he consistently maintained a positive and professional attitude toward his job. He has a work ethic that appears to be fairly rare in today's work environment. He is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced technician representing his field of work. Enrique is 100% forthright about costs and timeframe involved to complete the required work.

The bottom line is that customers that are fortunate to choose Enrique and his company have made a very wise decision.

Enrique is a true professional, very personable, and easy to work with. He was very thorough with accessing what work needed to be done, and explaining how he and his team would get it done. After installing the AC unit, we discovered that a pre-existing line was compromised, but Enrique went above and beyond to redo his work just to fix a problem that wasn't of his making. The entire job was completed in a timely manner, and he also called as a follow-up to make sure everything was working as it should. It was a pleasure working with Enrique and his team and would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

Needed a new Central air and heating system installed. Enrique gave me a great price and was available to install the unit quickly. He is professional and easy to deal with. He came with two workers who were quiet, thorough and neat. I have nothing but good things to say about how the job was done.

Our AC stopped working when it was very hot and humid and impossible to breathe without AC. We called several companies and they said they would come some time in a few days, in a week, and one wanted to come in 3(!) weeks! When we called Enrique not only he came the same day to do an estimate, he explained why he recommended a particular brand, and he and his team came the following morning as promised, did all the work to replace AC and the heating system, replaced an outside electric outlet at no charge, cleaned up after themselves and charged less then the others quoted. He was very friendly and professional. I and my family are very grateful to Enrique and the team for making our lives comfortable again!

I called Enrique for an urgent replacement of an central air system for my mother in law whose system stop working on the hottest day. He came that evening to access. Two days later, it was installed and she is so happy. He is responsive and explains everything in detail.
