Paul was knowledgeable, patient, reliable, and timely. He came to our home in subzero temperatures on Christmas Eve to make sure our family had heat. He followed up with us and kept working until the problem was solved. We were so grateful for his professionalism, fair pricing, and our house has never been so warm! We highly recommend him and his company. We will be using him in the future for any problems that arise.

Nice honest company. I usually have them come a couple times a year for maintenance on my unit. Recently during renovations I shot a nail through my sheet rock and hit the refrigerant line. I have no idea how, But Paul found the leak and repaired it all within a short period of time. Very fair priced, professional, punctual and honest. Five star service

I've had the good fortune to use the services of ASM Mechanical,over the years, for a variety of reasons (furnace, a/c system, hot water heater).Qasim and his incredible crew are exceptionally knowledgeable about the products they sell and service. They are outstanding professionals who are courteous and punctual to a fault. My latest experience has been my whole-house humidifier. It completely shut down. Qasim (owner) called me back almost immediately and advised me that he contacted Paul (crew member) who, at the time, was visiting his mother's house not far from my neighborhood. Paul showed up about 15 minutes later, diagnosed the problem and had it up and running in a very short time. Talk about dedication. Who does this? I have used other Staten Island businesses in this line of work. Absolutely no comparison. So...why are you still reading this. Call them.

We got quotes from 5 different companies for our AC units. He gave us the most reasonable quote first of all. In addition his knowledge of the details of the work was very impressive. He notices few issues that can arise that other companies did not pay attention to and got them taken care of. The work was done professionally within the timeframe promised. Very happy with his services. I definitely recommend him.

My central A/C conked out on me at 2am. I called ASM Mechanical at 9am and Paul and his assistant were at my door by 12.30pm on the same day and out by 1pm. They were courteous, professional, correctly diagnosed my A/C issue and got it back up and running before I was done with lunch. Look no further. These guys are the real deal.

Was able to get an appt same day due to a cancellation. Paul and his helping partner came by. They quickly diagnosed and treated the problem. Can't speak for about entire staff. However, Paul was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the issue in layman's terms and price was fair, would recommend.

Qasim was excellent to work with. I called for an estimate to have a cracked cast iron radiator replaced, and he came the same day to provide a quote. He and his team installed the replacement radiator quickly and even adjusted the pressure on my boiler when he realized it was too high. I recommend ASM to anyone seeking a professional, thorough HVAC servicer.

I called ASM to disconnect my a/c condenser so I could have concrete poured. They came on short notice (due to the failure of my masonry contractor's ability to actually plan a job correctly), disconnected and moved the unit to the backyard and then returned to reconnect shortly thereafter. They were professional and neat. I would call them again.

This company is doing a great job, very reasonable prices, highly recommend.

If 10 put of 5 was a thing, I would rate this company a 10! From scheduling to communication about timing to respecting safety practices to quality and efficient work--i cannot say enough. ASM answered all my questions, was polite and knowledgeable about the system and took the time to treat me like I was their only customer of the day even though I was an emergency add on. I plan to use them for whatever services they can provide for my home and hope others have the opportunity to experience their expertise!
