Qasim did a great job installing a properly sized steam boiler in my elderly mother’s home. Make sure you hire a competent contractor that knows steam if you have a steam system, and ASM knows steam. Qasim did an EDR calculation so that the boiler would match the amount of heat that gets emitted from the radiators, and didn’t just try to swap out the old boiler with the same sized unit that was there like other companies wanted to do. He also did proper piping of the system, using proper drop headers in the installation.

i called this company saturday afternoon, they sent a technician to my house within the hour. They diagnosed the problem quicky they had the replacement part on the truck. They were very fair with pricing , i definitely recommend this company.

ASM is very responsive and has impeccable service. I must admit they are very reliable and competent in the scope of work they perform. ASM is not only quick but also very cost effective. I highly recommend their assistance.

Paul and Quasim were so professional and proficient! They work so quickly and left the area they worked in spotless. They even messaged me the warranty information for my new boiler. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were with product information. I also liked that they showed up on the time they said they would. I highly recommend their service.

This company does really sketchy work. I’m interested to know if they’re actually licensed in NYC. I’ve seen them install some extremely unsafe equipment next to spaces where families live and play with zero regard for the safety of the neighborhood, only concerned for the cheapest work they can deliver. This is probably the most disgusting company I’ve ever seen, please be careful contracting with them. More updates to come.

The technician ( Qasim) was very professional, he knew a lot about my central unit also gave me tips on how to keep my central air working properly. The pricing was reasonable. 100% recommendable. 👍🏼

I usually dread having to call a service to fix things like my central AC unit. However, ASM made my experience easy by explaining the issue in a way I could understand and walking me through the step by step solution. They are highly knowledgeable of their craft and deliver efficient service. I had great communication with Paul setting up the appointment and through the completion of the job. These are the guys to call without hesitation if you’re having an issue if you want it done right. They get my full recommendation.

Very Professional, even take time to educate me on the system. Highly recommended. Will be using them again in the future.

***UPDATE*** 4/24/19
So after a great experience with having our old unit serviced we decided to use them for a full system replacement. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! There are plenty of companies that could of put a new unit in, but it isn't just installation ;it's also about quality. We really feel like they did a thorough job. We will absolutely recommend them to all of our friends.

Mike and his crew (sorry I forgot ur names) were wonderful. Even though my unit could not be repaired they did everything possible. They came the same day which no one else could and gave me constant updates on their ETA. They were professional and explained all the aspects of what was wrong. I particularly like that they not only explained everything but also showed me everything they were trying to do. In the end I honestly felt confident in what I was told and did not feel like they were trying to scam me.
I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again.

My experience with ASM overall was good but there were 1 or 2 things they could have done differently . I called them due to a problem with my Central Air not working they came over quickly and even though Mike explained to me that replacing the cap alone may not resolve the issue it’s possible it may go down and it would need a motor. I would have appreciated on the return call 3 hours later if he would have told me this is what he was doing. I didn’t realize he had replaced the motor until after the fact. This being said his price I still found to be reasonable and fair. Mike and his partner Paul were easy to speak to. Would use them again and would recommend.
