Have them come every 6 months and I must say in the past they picked up on issues that if let to fail on their own would have cost us more for repair and saved our systems. All repairman have been polite and very knowledgeable about the services they provided. Very pleased with this company. I would recommend the minimal monthly contract because when they come out there is no service fee or labor charges, only the parts they need. They also respond to your needs within 24 hours and have even come out on a holiday. Thank you Air Rescue!

Good solid company. Usually for PM you have to wait in line against service calks which delays maintenance. You can trust them! Joe Horstman in sales is great and works with you in getting a new system. I highly recommend Air Rescue.

I had issues with my AC and they came to repair it no problem and convinced me to sign up on their maintenance program which I was charged monthly for. They come twice a year and check the system, but do not clean it. Depending on the tech sometimes they try to sell you some type of additional service (UV lighting, duct cleaning, surge protection). When my AC went out I assumed being a member I would get immediate service, but NO I had to wait because they were too busy. I ended up needing and buying a new AC system and they promised the world. The install job was sloppy and tubing in awkward locations making it difficult to open the unit for inspection. They claimed to have gone into the attic to check the vent ENTIRE vent system yet I have rooms that don't get a lot of air while others too much. Every time they came for maintenance after the fact I saw mold in air handling unit and their only solution was to install a UV light at some insane price point. I now see that the return air induct was never insulated properly and there is no filter thus attributing to my poor air quality. I didn't know any better, but never again AIR RESCUE and I do NOT recommend them anyone.

Hunter diagnosed our problem quickly and professionally. The parts needed were available on the Air Rescue vehicle, so the problem was fixed within one hour. We are very happy customers.

Grant did an awesome job. He diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes and repaired in 10. Previous AC company that was out was there for 3 hours and could not figure out what was wrong

Had the pleasure of meeting Glenn and Brendon today for a preventative maintenance service. Glenn helped with resolving a duct issue we are having in our home and Brendon installed a surge protector to protect my system. Both gentlemen were punctual, polite and very knowledgeable.

Grant was very professional and courtesy. I appreciated his quick response and advice. I will use Air Rescue in the future for any a/c concerns.

The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me with the air filter and gave recommendations for taking care of our air conditioner.
